The Open Door in West Lindsey

Disappointed because on a previous visit they'd said that they were 'dog friendly ' but when we visited yesterday they only allow dogs outside.Shame because coffee and cake is very good!

Called in whilst dropping randox tests off around the corner. Lovely friendly cafe serving range of freshly made goods. Paninis, toasties & bacon bun all well received by my group of 4. Good sized pot of tea & excellent latte too. All rounded off with tasty homemade cakes, lemon bakewell, gingerbread, choc orange gateau & a muffin finished our visit nicely! With change from £30 would heartily recommend to anyone visiting the area. Lovely & clean + covid aware.

We weren't sure from the other reviews whether this place did lunches or just coffee and cake, but we were delighted to discover that it offers toasties, paninis, salads, sausage rolls etc as well as a children's lunch set which both our girls enjoyed. All delicious, home made and very reasonably priced. We will definitely be back!

Great spot for a mid-ride stop-offWe stopped off during a bike ride through Lincolnshire as you’re not spoilt for choice round here. Anyways we were glad we did -they do great coffee and a good selection of food and snacks for all tastes. They also have a bike rack tucked away just round the back so you can stow your bike away safely.

What a gem! Make sure you know exactly where it is before you set out, so that you can go straight to it. The staff are so friendly - nothing seems to be too much trouble. Good value drinks and cakes and they accept cards including contact-less. Dog friendly, bike friendly and most important - people friendly. If the Shropshire lass serves you, I challenge you not to come away smiling!

Great cycle stop! Secure facilities for your bike around the back on the lovely terrace. Excellent coffee!
