The Trawl in West Lindsey

Visited with my friends over the weekend. Struggled to get a table because it was so busy but Keira was happy to help us as quickly as she could. She is an asset to this team, very helpful and pleasant. We will definitely be returning and booking a table in advance next time!

Had a fantastic meal with family this weekend. The kids meals are great size and fantastic value. Food was outstanding, love the lay out of the pub. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Atmosphere is lovely, very relaxing. The management are very friendly always take the time to welcome you. Can’t wait to come back , thank you all

Great visit yet again. Food is lovely and the staff are always so helpful. Visited for lunch on Friday and got two huge burgers for the price of one! Couldn’t fault it at all. Thanks everyone at the Trawl for an amazing visit

Met a friend for lunch. Have to say, staff were the best part of it, very friendly, helpful and chatty. Food, uninspiring even for chicken salad and a portion of chips! Huge amount of iceberg lettuce, standard salad bits, chicken looked a bit weird, think the chargrill lines were fakes 😂 Not particularly hot, neither were the chips. There are better places to eat for the price

Great visit again. Lovely well cooked steak for £6 absolute bargain. Great service from a young girl with red and black hair, was very polite and very helpful. Would highly recommend

Recently been refurbished and can only say what a fantastic job has been done. Been a few times and never had any complaints! Always get our food promptly even when the place is rammed!

Not great, we booked a table and we arrived on time and the dirty plates from the previous customers where still there, they got cleared and the table didn't get wiped. Although the staff where nice, there where about 3 members working and the place was just about full when we got there. All the tables where just left full of the dirty plates.The food was not nice at all!Because it is all open plan now which does look lovely, all we could hear was people shouting and arguing from the bar/pool area. Would not recommend for a sit down meal!

I went to the trawl for Christmas dinner with a service user I was supporting as a support worker. The table they had reserved for us was up some steps, when I explained my service user could not navigate the steps they immediately gave us another table . The food was good and very large portions which we could not eat. I have a degree in tourism and business management and the customer service was excellent. The staff were very busy, but we're always available and fetched extra gravey free of charge. Highly recommend this restaurant.

Very disappointing, just left there it was a special occasion and they didn't have the meals we wanted, no garlic bread to go with lasagne. Onion rings not crispy or very warm. Meal wasn't very hot and never got the mayonnaise I asked for. Won't be going again
