This was out 3rd visit. All staff were friendly, the meals are nice and good value. One member of staff (didn't catch her name) went out of her way to accommodate us when we turned up way earlier than planned). Thanks again!

Our experience is really good here. Had rather a long wait today for tomatoes for breakfast, do not know what the hold up was, but it to long. Otherwise we have never had a bad meal there.

When's a pub not a pub?We visited for a carvery and a meal from the main menu, I got the impression all they really want you to eat is the carvery as the waiting time was very long for 1 chicken wrap which turned out to be out of stock anyway. The bar is way too small for the size of the pub with only one person serving. The food (carvery) itself was nice and the staff were friendly and polite.

I went for a Carvery on a Saturday afternoon and I have to say that it was inedible! However, the Manager was amwzing he had staff close the Carvery gave us our money back and offered us free dessert. For this reason we returned a couple of weeks later on a Sunday and the whole experience was better the veg was fresh the gravy beautiful, the ham was lean and delicious, the only thing I would criticise is the beef which was tough.

We called in for breakfast after a swimming session, we were quickly served on the bar, getting our plates and drinks. Its self service at the breakfast buffet table but a good selection of hot items, including breakfast pizza and waffles. We had to wait for eggs, but it had been busy .its well worth the money .

We were in the local area on a sunday looking for a carvery. You'll never get fine dining and high quality produce if you're paying just a few quid for a meal, so realistically, we nipped it for pure convenience to fill a hole, without carrying any great expectations. You can expect imperfections with the food offered -you may wonder where the cabbage, leeks and sprouts are,you may also wonder why the roast potatoes were a bit spongy, rather than crisp with fluffy insides -and you know you can cook far better food at home! But that being said, the meat was tender and enjoyed, the vegetables were cooked without any passion, it was pretty average for a quick, convenient plate of food at a budget price. The McDonald's of the the carvery world .

Went for a carvery lunch, plenty of space and seating as quite late. Plenty of food available and displayed well. Good joice of size of portions from small, normal and large. Very good value for money. My only comment is that the vegetables could have been hotter. Lot's of vegetables and extras to choose. Lovely lemon pudding was excellent and not too big. Used my blue light card so had the discount. Good service and pleasant staff,

Stopped off here for a carvery. Staff are attentive and courteous. Food is hot and served as it should be on a hot plate. Plenty of choice of veg and sides. If you want no frills dining with good food then this is the place for you. I've heard they do a mean all you can eat breakfast too

Booked a table with ease using the app. Was greeted by polite and helpful staff. We were shown to our table and an explanation was given as to how to order food or drink - either at the bar or by using the app. We chose the carvery and it was very tasty with plenty of choice of fresh veg etc to choose from. There are plenty of other dishes available if you didn't fancy a carvery. It is wheelchair accessible and there is ample parking. The restaurant was clean and tidy and had a pleasant ambiance. (I think they also do a take away if required and maybe deliver although I think this is done through a 3rd party) Tom, keep up the good work.

Had breakfast on Sunday morning, buffet style. Hot, fresh and plenty of it. Great value for money. Nice surroundings and staff friendly too. We will be back to try the evening menu.
