Why bother putting a link to view a menu which is not there to view?

Sunday carvery very enjoyable .

Fish and chips was lovely as always, fish was probably best we have ever tasted but would have prefered home made chips but was still nice all the same. Pub is very welcoming and nice to have different areas to sit in and eat

Had a sunday lunch today. Only one person smiled, all staff apart from one had masks on. None seemed Overall friendly apart from the young lady who dished out the carvary. Seated quickly, food served quickly and generous portion. Select your food from the tick list and they plate it up. Beef was lovely, veg was quite hard and almost raw ( carrots, peas sweetcorn) roasties- nice, mash was smash and tasted burnt, carrot and swede mash- nice. Yorkshire pudding was impressive. Overall, edible but with a few tweaks would of been lovely. No cranberry sauce??!We ate just after lunch started so I was expecting it to be very fresh and enjoyable.

Fabulous Entertainment, great priced drinks smashing for the kids just a shame that the women behind the bar were as rude and miserable as alwaysDespite there being a chalk sign saying the customers decision would be respected and a sign behind the bar saying please ‘consider’ wearing a face mask I was told I wouldn’t be served unless I wore a mask when I asked why they said it was for their protection so I asked if they would wear one for my protection but they refused I had no choice but to wear a mask they provided

It's a nice area for children to play, and a lovely location. Has the feel of a diner. Menu could do with some work. Nice staff.

Very busy so you need to book for a table though you can eat in the lounge or conservatory, plenty to eat and fill your plate

The Thursday Pie-very night is exceptional. Unlimited all you can eat pie with mouthwatering starts and desserts to accompany. I only wish I had found out about this place before!Staff are phenomenal where service is concerned, chefs visible and rightfully proud of their food, I couldn’t complain about anything and I am not easy to impress.I really hope this place continues to get a steady flow of visitors so it can continue it’s good work! Five stars all round 🙌👍
