Case Restaurant with Rooms in Babergh

What a wonderful stay. We had the upgrade to the jacuzzi room and everything was top quality and clean. We then had a meal in the evening - 23rd December and it was perfect - roaring fire, delicious home cooked food and lovely service with Linda and Barry making us feel part of the family. It’s been running for over 30 years and we can see why!

Lovely atmosphere and really attentive, warm and friendly staff. Food 8/10. Starters were just 'OK' as the rice balls were a little tasteless and my chicken starter had cold, limp potato shreds and a rock hard bruchetta. However, the mains were excellent - tasty and beautifully presented. The staff were also happy to add a couple of extra Yorkshire puds that weren't on the menu -thank you! Will definitely return soon to sample the breakfast and cosy looking sun lounge area.

We have really enjoyed our last 2 stays here. The owners are very friendly and helpful. Food is always freshly made and local produce. Thank you Barry and Linda

Loved it. Excellent food and service. Only went to be nosey as new to area and going through the list of restaurants to visit. Had a delightful hot chocolate deluxe - the best around. Then lunch - adorable. Will be back for seconds very soon.

We had a meal to Celebrate our Anniversary. Linda is lovely at front of house, and Barry is a very good Chef. We both really enjoyed our food. We had a lovely evening.

Only eaten here twice, but the standard of the food and service really appreciate more visits. It is a deli come resturant, the owners are really lovely hosts. It is the perfect treat would highly recommend

Amazing stay here. The hosts were fantastic and so welcoming. Our room was really clean and had a great selection of tea/coffee and snacks available. Really comfy bed. We ate dinner here and were amazed by the quality and portions and it all tasted fantastic. Totally recommend this to everyone.

Had a lovely warm welcome from the owner at The Case today, delicious home cooked breakfast and yummy coffee. Excellent value too and all served with a smile by our very friendly & chatty waitress. Would definitely recommend it!We then finished our leisurely breakfast with more drinks on the sunny patio at the rear. Perfect summer morning! 🌞🍳☕

Loved it. Lovely staff. Food is great. Rooms are really nice, cozy too. I love staying here, they make you feel like you're a friend not a customer, that's unusual and very welcome.

Lovely food and friendly hostess. As yet I've not stayed in any of the rooms so can only judge the restuarant.My only disappointment was to discover on one of our first visits the tips weren't shared with our waitress but kept for the chefs. However this policy may have changed, forgot to ask when we last ate in there as we'd had such a good time.
