Staff very friendly and accommodating but the stake was the best I have had in a very long time, the fillet steak just meted in you mouth . We had a Group of 13 people and all our food brought out at the same time and all came out very hot. Would highly recommend

My favourite pub , the landlord is a great bloke , always greets you jovially , he never forgets a face and nothing is too much trouble . I don’t live in the area but I visit with a regular customer as often as I can. Well done to all the staff !

The Landlord is the rudest, most hostile person I have ever had the misfortune to know. Unfortunate because his wife cooks some very good food and is very pleasant. Do not go there if you believe the customer comes first.

First time here, enjoyed a drink and a meal in their outdoor area, loved the garden certainly lives up to its name, chatting to the staff gave us ideas for walking routes when next in the area, we will be back
