Goodview Chinese in Babergh

Came in to order a chicken chop suey and sweet and sour chicken balls £11+Within 3 minutes I was served my order, very quick. As I left the lady ran after me saying wrong order. So I go back sit back down and wait.Within 10minutes my order bag appeared, so I collected it and walked home, eagerly waiting for my hot supper.On opening my order bag, I realised they missed off the crunchy chicken balls and my chicken chop suey.I had been given a pork dish with beansprouts, the usual prawn crackers and a pot of some gloop.Not happy I've been ripped off

Second time we have ordered from this take away, unfortunate this time round it wasn’t great, food was either bland or way to salty( I mean salt overload), food was hot and cold here and there. Not the greatest, rang Good View to let them know before the review was written, all I’ve had was apology and was told nothing was done different. Each to their own.I think when getting a take away definitely look at the reviews and decide for yourself.

Chicken balls and ribs are the best I've ever had but unfortunately everything else was inedible. Sweet and sour sauce was gloopy and had a nasty taste, crispy seaweed was stale and tasteless, chicken chow mein and rice was very dry and cold, mini spring rolls were also bland and as for the so called prawn crackers, just tasted like grease, no flavour whatsoever. I'm not a fussy eater but this place really needs improvement as it's the second time I have experienced this

Best kebab shop in sudbury town centre currently. Sometimes there can be quite a long wait for food but its always good quality. 3 tables inside incase you want to eat in.

The satay chicken was tastless the sauce was the constitution of water ,very disappointed . Week before had chicken balls an the batter was undercooked an soggy. Shall not be going back a third time.

Always enjoy there food. My go to Chinese in Sudbury. Was satisfied with everything I ordered. Except the chicken balls are a little bit on the dry side, although it won't stop me ordering. Pricing average.Would totally recommend this Chinese to a friend!

A very unpleasant, unenjoyable takeaway. Crispy Chilli Beef that was soggy and had no chilli, salt and pepper Chilli Squid that again was soggy and flavourless crispy seaweed. How does this place stay open? First and last time I will ever give them my hard earned money.

Been eating here for years. Some of the dishes aren't the best (Crispy chilli beef) but others are the best I've eaten from any Chinese. And never had any issues with the delivery men.

Just ordered £28 meal worst chinese ever, First time have ordered from here, opened rice and there was long black hair in it, chilli beef is not even good enough for the dog and she wont eat it horrid, Chow mein was dry and beef over cooked, dont bother with the sweet and sour sauce might as well use water no taste at all.Gutted and will never be going back

Ordered a takeaway on Saturday night, our first takeaway experience from Goodview and most likely our last! Kung Po King Prawn was tasteless and its ingredients far from any other Kung Po I have ever ordered before - and I am a Kung Po connoisseur. Very little sauce and what there was of it was purely vile, very disappointing. The rest of the meals ordered were just average. If this is what Sudbury has to offer than this is such a shame. We are not from Sudbury and feel for people having such limited choice of chinese takeouts.
