Kfc in Babergh

Overall not an amazing place to visit, I’ve been to better KFC’s but likewise I’ve been to much worse.The service was a bit slow and they got my order wrong on the first attempt but this kfc it’s what I’ve come to expect. I love the food but never fully love the service I think it’s either training or the till system but something regularly lets them mess up orders.

Excellent service. Excellent food. It's been quite a while since i have tasted a proper kfc chicken!. Crispy Golden on the outside and moist succulent meat inside.Well done guy's.

The staff at kfc are angels, they should get danger money. The closing times are random & dispite offering a limited kfc menu they quite often can't even provide that as they have run out of buns or chicken! The equipment breaks down regularly & takes months to fix. Rather than ordering what you want it is quicker to ask what they can provide but somehow the staff still smile & apologise considering the abuse they must suffer. I hope that the 30% increase in the prices means that they got a decent pay rise!!

Ordered takeaway some food is missing and they will not answer the phone called them 4 times no answer they are not busy so poor service

Overcooked batter, a long wait for food after a while queueing even though there were few people there, and stressed employees made this a less than pleasant experience, sadly. The employees were trying hard.

Disgusting KFC, firstly kitchens are filthy witnessed staff picking food up off the floor and putting in a box for customer! My order had three pots of gravy emptied in the bag.. zero pride in the workplace they it honestly looks like half the staff have been living on the streets and come into work with dirty uniforms

The outer building could do with a clean, but never had a problem with food ever. Always get the orders right and the food has been cooked well every time I've been. The staff have always been friendly.

Very grumpy service, asked for a fork and was told it was in the bag, which is wasn't... and when I asked again I was told very Crossly it IS in the bag but you can have another one. Where upon it was practically thrown at me and the window slammed!!! Then 10 minutes down the road we found we didn't have all of our order, and weren't given a receipt so we couldn't prove it. Thankfully they believed us when we went back and gave what we had missed.

Food good , although wasn't busy , was understaffed , found my self saying sorry , because he was moody , I understand it's fast work ,,, but let's have at least a smile

Takeaway service if you go to collect is 5 star. Delivery from Uber eats is 1 star.The same driver couldn’t find the house 3 times, couldn’t speak English when I explained where the house was and argued that the bottle of drink we ordered was in the bag he gave me despite me opening it and showing him it clearly wasn’t when I had to go out and find the driver. Why am I paying for a delivery service when I don’t get it?Absolutely useless. Don’t order through Uber eats.
