I have always loved lizs kebab, been enjoying it for years! Never had a bad experience with them, always delicious kebab meat.

This is my third visit and will most certainly be my last. On my first visit we were given the wrong order and had to wait a further 55 minutes for that to be corrected, the order was for a burger and a doner. On our second visit the food was a little cold when delivered but it was OK. We decided to attend this time, what a mistake. The staff are rude, tell you what you must do and have 0 understanding of customer service. Food is OK but not worth the headache of dealing with these very rude people. Stay away

Avoid at all cost!!! First impressions from the little guy with little mustache was awful! Very arrogant, waited 30 mins for pizza and curlyfries only to get a wrong order pizza and garlic bread! First and last time. I do not recommend.

Placed my first order, and the girl on the phone got it completely wrong!!! I'll review what I actually got, the chicken was cooked well, the pizza was awful! The can of drink was hot.

Consistently quality food, the staff are always professional and friendly, the shop is spotlessly clean, a great family run business.

We did a big order and everyone else was fine. However my cheese, chips and doner meat had no meat in it! All they said was that we could have free doner meat next time. No good to me now is it?!

Regular visitors for the best garlic/hot sauce chicken kebab in town, Suffolk, if not Britain!! Even on first name terms! And as we haven't had a kitchen for nearly 2 weeks, have been in there even more! Thank you all 😍

Used them twice first time phoned for delivery. I got my food stone cold. And they missed out my burger sauce. Upon calling them they said i would have to make another £15 order if i wanted my sauce even though it was their mistake. On second occasion i went into the shop and asked for a kabab with the salad that it comes with separate. They charged me a pound extra for a container as they said thats what they do unless i wanted it all In one container! Total disgrace and rip off and awful service. don't use them people!!
