Moonlight Indian Takeaway in Babergh

I don’t know what happened to this place used to be excellent delivery and food, but my order was wrong and the food wasn’t all that anymore, had a mixed selection of samosas instead of just meat and the taste of the food is wasn’t great

Ordered online, took far too long to be ready, rude customer service and once I got home I realised the food was burnt. Called for a refund and was given a blunt reply. Never again

One off the worst takeaways I've ever had can't even get the order right for a start and the rest just wow

ordered last night for me and my wife, when food came, naan bread was burnt, chicken curry was pink and undercooked, was worst takeaway experience we've had, when driver came back with naan bread he said the chef was in london and the cook was not there usual one, spoke to manager today to complain, he would'nt even let us have a free meal at some point just happy to take customers money, and refused any blame, DONT ORDER FROM HERE!!

Excellent as always! Super friendly staff and driver, delicious food and all-round fantastic service! It's our regular Indian takeaway, wouldn't go anywhere else 😁

Ordered a meal from this shambles of an establishment, person taking my order read it back to me correctly, food arrived without the rice that was ordered. Phoned and spoke to person who took my original order and said rice was missing, was told it would be sorted and sent out, only one lot of rice arrived not two as ordered. Phoned back and was told the missing rice would be sent out to me. . . . 35 mins later I phone back and ask about the missing rice only to be told it wasn't on the original order, go figure! The food wasn't all that and to spend almost £40 on a meal that was diabolical from beginning to end is just shocking. If you want a decent takeaway that's correct and nice DO NOT get it from here. Will never order from them again.

Been coming here for years but has taken a downturn lately. Last order was wrong and food was lukewarm. But tonight I picked up an order that should have been 24.27 due to the advertised 15% on collection deal. They tried to claim this was only after the first £10. Not specified anywhere on the menu.He claimed, only after some reluctance, it was his mistake but I saw no change from £25.Not sure if under new ownership but that's years of loyalty lost here.

Amazing food. We get a takeaway every Friday from here and it never disappoints. The Rasala is my favourite and the owner is great. So keep it up. We fully recommend

Chicken Korma was nice. But I ordered 3 and only got 2. Onion bhajis were a little hard and greasy. But food was delivered quickly. Knocked two stars off for the missing Korma and the onion bhajis

Terrible. Ordered from this take away for the first time tonight. Placed an order at 8.20pm, called them back at 9.40pm to see where the food was and was given an excuse and then asked if I could come and collect the food myself instead. 10pm and spoke to them again for them to ask me to wait another 20 minutes for my food. Was told that they have been busy tonight. Cancelled order. What a joke, Sunday evening dinner has gone out of the window as they clearing can’t be bothered to cook and cater to all their customers and don’t like to communicate with them too. Am never going to order from there again. Big disappointment. Am not one to normally write reviews but felt having read others reviews that I should too in the view that they may pull their finger out and realise that it’s not on in treating paying customers as they please.
