First time trying this out-let, very good, friendly services better value & service than some of other national well known pizza companies!

The best pizzas around. Personally my favourite. Pizzas XXL are huge. Great value. Massive choice.

We picked up a free pizza with the points we saved up as they don't deliver free one's that was in December all to find we got a Parking ticket of £170 all for 5 minutes . Can't afford to go there anymore

Ordered pizza at 17:16, their tracking shows it was delivered at 17:52, rang at 17:56 and told it'll be here soon and the computer system has just been updated and has some issues, no apology. Obviously marking as delivered to keep their delivery stats good. Arioved at 18:08, won't be ordering again.

They continually fail on delivery. Deliveries are often have missing/incorrect items and their delivery times are terrible! On average they take 1hr+ to get your order to you.I've given them as many chances as possible but this is simply just very badly run.

Thief's! Charged x3 times for 2 pizzas. Beware of giving your information out over the phone. I'd leave 0 star if I could and lucky we haven't called the police.

Awful, pizzas were never delivered and had no contact from the store or customer services after 2 days trying to get a refund. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

First order wasn't confirmed on website so couldn't track progress. Took over an hour to arrive, food cold, ice cream melted. Manager said next one was on the house.Called following week to try a 2nd attempt. Placed the order and the food never arrived.Do yourself a favour and order elsewhere.

Very disappointed that you order online and arrange pick up for a certain time for the muppets to not even have acknowledged your order. They weren't even sorry and just blamed it on the system. Waste of time.

Two hours after I placed my order online my pizza and vegan chicken finally arrived cold all the way through. I would have complained but goodness knows how long it would arrive given they were already so behind and I didn't want other people to perhaps wait even longer for theirs. A good thing I was so hungry at that point and that my chicken wasn't the real thing!I only received a basic apology on the phone and a pitiful £5 off my next order. This combined with other frequent issues such as inconsistent service, lack of order customisation, the quality of food vs the cost as well as the complex "deals" they offer has strongly put me off ordering from not just the local branch but the entire company.I think I might just make sure I have a couple of pizzas in the fridge from now on.
