Saracens Head in Babergh

We went to the Saracens Head on Sunday.We were accommodated in the side room.As it was busy it was some 30 minutes before we got our food.Sadly we were so cold we were shivering with cold and could not enjoy our meal.Could not wait to get back to the car.Perhaps the lack of heating was an oversight but I am rating on our experience which fell way short of all our previous visits

Excellent food we have never been disappointed over the many years we have visited the place always a very warm welcome from the staff we really recommend it for a meal

Excellent selection on menu for lunch, large portions, and very well cooked. Service very good no complaints at all will visit again soon.

Been back to Saracens Head twice in the last 2months highly recommend is there fillet of lamb just melts in your mouth and roast beef was excellent and so was the fish cakes ,the staff were lovely nothing was a problem ,definitely going back xx

Really nice atmosphere inside. Very popular as totally full. You really need to book for food as everyone seems to like the dining experience. Food very good and helpful efficient staff. Prices are reasonable. Would highly recommend.

Lots to choose from a menu, dog friendly, by the main road so a bit nosy if sitting outside
