The Bell Inn in Babergh

We booked a table whilst on holiday and Sarah cooked specially for us which was above and beyond. Lovely food and would recommend this lovely pub

Only had a beer there, was too late for food. Nice traditional pub without all the echo of noise so often found in modern places. It's much more than that though. If you ever visit Kersey, then the Bell is worth a visit. Nice garden and a car park at the rear. The fish pond is a nice little added bonus too.

Called for lunch during my circular walk from/to Polstead Camping club site. Made extremely welcome, local brew moreish, & meal, (hunters chicken), smashing, with real chips! Finally apple pie with custard, all good portions. Highly recommended.

The guy that runs it had only been there two months .so forgave a few bits .food was brilliant no issues cater for a coeliac as well pub a bit haphazardly run at times but what a laugh .loved it

Popped in for Saturday lunch, hadn't booked and the place got busier, so worth calling in advance if you can, if you want to sit and eat.Lovely helpful staff, food was great and portions were large! Can recommend the salmon pate or Whitebait as a starter and the ham and eggs were so flavourful!Car park at rear, try to.use it rather than parking on the narrow road and taking up residents spaces.

Fantastic food and customer service with a smile. The Bell Inn Kersey provided an excellent experience. Traditional country pub combined with a modern menu, website, standards and expectations. Well worth a visit. Get out of your local town or village and try somewhere new!

Wendy was great nothing to much bother for her food tastes as good as it looks 😁.it had a lovely feel to the place easy to sit and chat not to noisy so you can hear each other easily. not so quiet you could hear a pin drop a good flow of customers.will be going back 👍
