Ordered 2 Double ringer burgers. The chicken was extremely hard. We had to chuck the chicken away; awful. Chips were nice though. Very disappointing.

Worse fish and chips I've ever had in my life, the coleslaw was disgusting and tasted awful. I called to seek redress and they were unprofessional and ignorant. NB. Big Q and Finest Fish and Chips are the same restaurant, don't be tricked like I was. I should have given this restaurant and no star rating.

Visited big Q yesterday for the first and last time, very poor service, staff behind counter had a Big problem getting a simple order correct, also very small portions.

Food is good especially chicken and fries some times the wait is a little but other than that all OK

Great food and service. The freshest chips I’ve had for a long time. Attention to detail wins my vote every time. Will be making this my local chippy. 😃👍

Takes ages to be served. In the last 8+ years of going here on the odd occasion, always expect to wait. Half the fryers on the other half empty. No anticipation to best sellers, so always cook on order. Good thing yes, freshly cooked but only if you have half an hour. Prices very high. Especially for chips..... & chicken double what you pay elsewhere.

Ordered through just eat. Waited for a while, cod was cold. And the pictures were ment to be a LARGE chips. Phoned to discuss and was told that a large chips is what was sent without even seeing the pictures. Ruined our dinner as the were not enough chips to go round. Have used big q for years but after tonight our business will be going elsewhere. 2 star rating is only for the quality big q used to have otherwise after tonight it gets a 0.

Luvverly fish ,nice chips good selection of other pies ,savs ,bangers fried chicken .The medium cod is cheaper than the Harry Ramsden Large and its bigger too .All in all a great local chippie

One of the best fish and chip shops around by far! They have some great deals on for the eat out scheme too. We never have a bad meal from here. 5 star review every time! And they are now accepting card payments which is even better.

Food and service very good. I drive over 3 miles every week just to use Big Q. I live in a retirement complex. I collect orders from other residence & phone it over every friday. Its all ready for collection when i get there. All freshly cooked. Best in the area.
