British Fried Chicken in Basildon

As always, amazing food, I recommend the F13A deal if you want a family of full bellies. It didn't matter when KFC opened over the road, I have bought fried chicken from here for 14 years and will never change, the food is incredible,

Been using BFC for 4-5 years. Polite and friendly staff. Food has come coldish on two occasions, both times replacement food sent out and received promptly. Always delicious food esp the ribs 🤤

Always very polite, fresh salad and knock up an awesome chicken shish kebab, recommended with hot chilli & / or garlic sauce.

There’s only one place in Basildon I go for fresh fast food and that’s British fried chicken . I love all the food there and all the lovely staff working there too. They work hard to keep our bellies full lol . Huge thanks once again .

How is a child supposed to enjoy that? This is disgusting.

Put in delivery order on BFC own app. Delivery time given after order paid was 1hr.. 1h and 45 mins later (the shop is literally 5 mins away, 1.5 miles), the food arrives cold. Was offered a replacement but wanted food tonight an didn't want to wait another 1hr 45min. If its fast food your after.. or even food in a reasonable time, don't bother with these. AVOID LIKE ITS COVID.

Wonderful food and if they have any issues they always sort it instantly

Order 1 and a half hours ago called them 8 times didn’t go through, called the 9th time and they left me on hold for ten minutes to take orders, I ended the call and I’ve been calling for half an hour and still can’t get through to them.

I bought a portion of chips for £1.50 they ended up in the bin and I was honestly starving but here we are. If I could not give a rating I would
