Enjoyed my meal, but the restaurant was closing at 6pm far too early for a major shopping precinct. We had to sit down at McDonald's with a Burger King meal.

The server dropped half my fries off the tray as she handed the tray of food to me and said oops sorry... I replied so I now only have half a portion fries.... she just smiled and called out for the next customer. And the onion rings are burnt.... Will I go there again ... NOPE !!

There's a reason why you have to que for a Mc D down the hall and you don't have to at burger King.. And that is because the food dose not look anything like it dose in the picture Won't go again..

Always used to have lunch in Debenhams, however that has closed so I decided to try Burger King. I ordered the Chicken Royale & medium fries, it was really tasty & a lovely cup of coffee too.

Just decided to treat myself for the first time in a LONG time, ordered a Cheese Melt deal to take away as I had a train to catch. As you can see, there's nothing in my burger and no time for me to go back and rectify. This is one of my all time frustrations with anything take away. Please get the order correct add often you are too far away to have it rectified and your meal is then potentially ruined. Staff were very friendly but perhaps the ones cooking need to pay more attention. Unlikely to go backUpdate next day: Went back to politely complain and the manager was very helpful, apologised straight away and offered me either another meal or a full refund. Changed from 3 to 4 stars
