Cosmos in Basildon

Ordered food last night there take payment from my bank but I didn't get my food been try to call allday with no luck not happy at all

I ordered some food for me, my sister and her boyfriend when it got to us the pizza base was all floppy and not cooked properly, it didn't have much pepperoni on it and it had loads of tomato puree and cheese. The chocolate cake I ordered was so small it wouldn't even feed my 3 year old nephew. The only edible thing was the onion rings.

Me and family waited for 2 hours before they could deliver. When i called the take away up the lady on the phone was sooo rude. They kept lying about the driver being on his way when actually they had 2 drivers only. And the food was picked up from the shop after 2 hours of me ordering the food. Ridiculous service food is not good at all and the people working in there are very rude.

Great tasting pizza only thing I could fault is I asked for garlic base on both 19inch pizzas and received tomato base

👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼Terrible delivery, guy nearly dropped the order. food wasn’t warm, the chips and the wings were hard and dry, chips were definitely not freshly made and the wings looked like they were put in a pizza oven as they was just too hard with no flavour was uneatable. Wouldn’t eat from here again even if it was for free. 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼 they seem to have a lot of time to be replying to just eat feed backs how about cook the food properly instead🙂

Food good depending on day.Denise pukka shame about the Rude lady on the phone. My 2nd time with this lady being rude, first time was when she made my girls cry age 12 and 14. She was so rude tonight sat 16th October 2021. A man took phone off her and also said how rude she is🤨 just received food can't falt it. I really don't want to use this company if this lady is still employed to upset people. Coke can bit smashed up . Never do things like this , my first ever review and because of this one lady , we all have problems. Ordered 2 desserts which came frozen.

What an horrible food with high level of delay and they were all rude to customers with how they talk to people on the phone with a poor customer service. I will advise people not to buy anything from cosmos as they are very unprofessional with irritating people that works there. They are all foreigners who have no Courtesy with mannerless attitude towards their customers. So I will recommended everyone who is not happy with their services to contact basildon council as soon as possible so they can either fine them or shut them down

Fantastic ..all served separately in individual containers......so can make it home no grease

Went with friends as not from the area, has a stoner Munchie vibe with every dish you could imagine kit kats and twix also great cake available!! Would visit again
