Good food, that sometimes arrives at the wrong table- by the way I received my refund but was too hungry, to be happy with the solution. I was promised a drink next time I'm in but too embarrassed to ask lol.They serve best deserts ever. It's a biker friendly place on Tuesday evenings

Very pleased with the service and excellent food. Not been since refurbished very well decorated light and airy. Will certainly be back

When with family, amazing staff and manager was very accommodating and welcoming, kids loved fact staff spoke to and involved them in experience and food was amazing

Ordered x2 too good to go bag and instead of cancelling the order because they didn't have any food they let people go in to be turned away with nothing! A little bit unacceptable considering it wasn't busy so they could of cancelled. Instead of being apologetic they had attitude.. if you go to get one of these bags be aware as they take the money for something you don't receive. Had high hopes for the number of stars they had on the app, unfortunately its put us off ever going there again

Its been a long time since i was last here and things have changed, the food is lovely but you do have to wait along time. I do think a good bit of housekeeping is needed there are lot of cobwebs and paint plaster is starting to come away.

We have just started taking advantage of their new breakfast service. Food was of a good standard. All served clean, crisp, and hot. Friendly staff, very polite and helpful. Update.....a few weeks after leaving this glowing review they promptly stopped offering the early morning breakfast. We turned up as usual at 10am to find the doors firmly locked 🔒.

My partner and I normally eat here around 2 - 3 times a week. Service is normally good. However today it was horrendous! One member of staff obviously had the hump for some reason. No customer service what so ever. Plonked the coffees on the table, with such an attitude, walked off, no sugars no spoons. Long face as she walked off, then went to service behind the bar. Had to get up, go ask for the sugars, no apology just a bad attitude.Table next to us, spoke us about the service and walked out asking for a refund. Still waiting ages for our deserts, gave up waiting asked for a refund. Asked the same lady who served us, again no apologies, she got a young member of staff to do it for her, while she pulled a face.It only takes one member of staff to put people off coming back.

The macaroni cheese was pale and anaemic, lacking in taste, and was barely cooked (just look at the picture). Incredibly unappealing. Would never come here again.
