Firejacks in Basildon

Had a great night in fire jacks Festival leisure park Basildon last night. The service was very good and the food was delicious. Staff kept checking on us all night to see if we needed anything and we’re happy with the food once served.I would really recommend Fire jacks 🔥 for a lovely setting to eat and drink and enjoy your evening with good company.

Possibly the best easting spot I've ever been to, the food was fantastic, the service was brilliant.It's a very clean, spacious place a nice chilled vibe.Definitely recommend if your visiting the area.

Booked a table for 2, seated promptly, our waiter Jack was polite and explained to us how the menu worked as it was our first time. Starters were tasty and arrived on time as well as 2 perfectly grilled steaks while Jack looked after us with drinks and a smile. Amazing customer service and experience, first time visited and looking forward to more in the future 😀

I had my lunch this afternoon with my little one. Food was very good than I expected. I enjoyed a lot. There was a waitress called Kristo (I am not very sure of the name sorry:) she was blonde skinny young lady) very helpful. She kindly served us and made happy birthday celebration for my son. Happy to visit here, definitely come again and will recommend my friends. Thanks

This was a disappointing experience. For a steak restaurant we had expected better. Steaks were all over cooked, medium came well-done, rare came medium, well-done was chargrilled! I would therefore recommend ordering towards the rarer side accordingly. Their chimichurri sauce for the steak was nothing like what was expected. The ice cream special of the day had crystallised, however vanilla was fine. Drinks orders were slow, and only half arrived for a good while. However, on a positive note, our waitress was thankfully very happy, polite and helpful, quickly chasing when the orders weren’t fully delivered, and generally went above and beyond to ensure she did everything she could to make our visit enjoyable. Expected this to be a bit more special than it was. Strange atmosphere. Food was average at best. Very cheap ingredients. Burger buns quite stale. Menu reads good but execution is terrible. Service not brilliant. Sadly won’t be returning.

Wonderful restaurant. Looks great, clean, tidy, well maintained, decorated to a high standard. Lovely staff, polite, friendly, prompt service. Food was awesome. Couldn't fault anything!!!!

Attentive staff, lovely food.I normally take loads of pictures but food was so yummy it kind of distracted me a little. Would definitely go again. The cheeseburger spring rolls were absolutely delicious.
