Frankie & Benny's New York Italian Restaurant & Bar - Basildon in Basildon

Came in for a dinner date on Saturday night. We were served by Renata, and she was super friendly and polite and made our experience a fantastic one!The food was delicious and really filling. Super impressed and will definitely be back here again soon for another meal! Love the fact that they also a 20% Blue Light Card discount 💕

I visited Basildon Frankie and Benny's a few days ago. The food we had was delicious and we were made to feel welcomed by the lovely staff. A great experience overall, which I didn't have in many other restaurants recently.

Really enjoyed a meal at F&B’s this evening with friends. Food was fresh and very tasty! (Especially the Carbonara!) The staff were pleasant and attentive. Smiles all round! We had a couple of servers, I think their names were Emma and Belinda? … additionally there was a ‘blue haired’ girl behind the bar (sorry I didn’t catch a name) was more than happy to assist with recommending a tasty cocktail. Really enjoyable evening, staff were really great and the music really made the evening atmosphere a supper night out. Thanks guys, all the best… would recommend to others 👍

Family of 6 very nice food and reasonable priced, big portions sizes, restaurants has been recently refurbished, Emma was our server. She was lovely and couldn’t do enough for us. Will be back soon.

I visited a couple of weeks ago with my boyfriend and would come back any day. The staff were friendly, attentive and professional. We ordered the Chicken and Avo burger and a Mac n Cheese, along with a side of cheesy fries. Food was hot, tasty and affordable.Would recommend to anyone looking for something to eat in the area. Decor is great since the revamp.

Lovely new layout, bright and fresh. All booth seats :) Lovely SVF (vegan)pasta dish and garlic bread.

Such a lovely place to take your family or your date. Outside looks like another shopping centre however, inside good old Frankie & Benny’s with smashing menu for everyone. The atmosphere and service is absolutely amazing go and check for your self.

Went here on my birthday 30th December.Never normally have any issues here but this time food came out cold for 5 of us.However, once we mentioned it to the waiting staff they were very quick to apologise and return the food to the kitchen and bring us food that was hot and really delicious.Would always recommend f&b's and will be coming back again soon.

Agatha was our hosts for my special day yesterday, my gluten free foods and choices was good from start to finish good service Agatha was polite and her uniform was clean. her hair was tied back. she followed guidelines correct. On entering the restaurant area was clean our table number was 82 we enjoyed our meals and drinks
