Don’t know what all the bad reviews are about! This is a lovely Chinese and I am fussy with Chinese takeaways

Very nice food never had any reason to complain about anything staff are always polite and very helpful 😀 👍

We ordered our meal this evening consisting of various chow meins, all was very dry and disappointing especially the duck chow mein which only had soggy duck skin and gristle in, no duck meat!! which totally put us off our meal. Suffice to say we wont go back again.

Our food was greasy especially the chicken, rice was dry and tasted like it was over cooked. The chips tasted like they were two days old. I do not recommend going here. We won’t be ordering again.

The food was disgraceful The chicken curry chicken taste like A rodent and the crackers had bones found in the bag with them chicken Charmane soggy staff were so rude when I tried to complain they are a pack of goals

I like this Chinese but disappointed with quarter duck. Hardly no meet and very hard deep fat friend skin only. Was already shredded and looked like re-cooked left overs. Other then that, noodles and chicken dish nice

Definitely gone downhill since the new management took over a few years back. Had 3 meals since and all have been disgusting. Even though we are only minutes away from the New Golden Jade, we now drive a 3 mile round trip to go to Wing Hing in Shotgate where we are never disappointed. Only downside is Wing Hing only take cash and not card.

Recommend this by a neighbour as just moved to the area my by a english girl who was rude and didnt care placed order waited 25 minutes for take away not delivery got home bits missing and chicken dish was wtong. Tried to call coulnt get through so has to go back. Cant belive how rude the English girl was like it was my fault it was wrong. Waited another 15 mins for two items and by thime got home rest was cold. Food was notthing special dry chips and cold. They need to change the English girl front of house as she shows the buisness in a very poor light

I love them, so friendly, so accompanying! You can't literally design your own dishes and if they can they will. They always overestimate delivery time, just in case. Get the plates ready early 🤣

The phone line is always very busy but food never takes very long to be ready. Great Quorn substitutes for chicken dishes but some can be a little bit dry. I've had better egg fried rice but it's perfectly edible.
