Good Food Chinese Takeaway in Basildon

Fantastic.I have previously had a takeaway from a different company served up by Deliveroo. It was awful, cold, wrong food and missing parts. I was reluctant to order again over the internet/phone.I limited the risk by telephoning this company direct. It took a while to get through, but they took the order, said it would be around 45 minutes, it arrived in 20.The food was perfect.. 100%it was hot... top marks 100%the changes i wanted to the food were made, 100%delivery was super quick and polite driver 100%they have won me over and i will book direct with them again. even if it is hard to get through on the telephone.well done on all fronts.and thank you

Don’t normally leave reviews and to be fair never have a problem with good food Laindon , but tonight food was cold , had to reheat in microwave. Not happy after doing 12 hr shift just wanted a hot dinner . Good food you have let me down tonight

Popped in the shop to get a chow mein, rice, chips and chicken satay. The chicken satay was perfect and freshly cooked, I will be going back again.

Got my order wrong !! Then when I called them they told me it was my fault and didn’t even give me the items that I was suppose to have Food all leaked in the bag it was very oily Customer service is terrible

Delivery came food looked like it had been thrown out to the pigs, crispy beef was pretty much pork scratching , chicken very over cooked hard and tough , curry sauce very bland watery and all tasteless ! what a waste of £42 never will I order again instead of a full/part refund I was offered a few item if I was to order again , absolutely not

I don't normally bother to do reviews but felt compelled on this occasion. My Chinese meal last night was amazing! Roast pork foo yung was generously meaty, chicken chow mein was bursting with flavour and chicken balls were crispy. It all arrived quickly and still hot. Whoever your chefs are, keep them and I will always be a customer!

I ordered for large & extra spicy, they delivered a small non spicy dry rice, after I called the staff hung up on me and I went to there shop, they locked me inside and tried to stab me until I managed to call the police to come for my rescue. I will not order from them again

Waited over 3 hours for delivery, kept getting the runaround saying it will be there shortly and the like, phoned 4 times asking about its status. Both myself and my father can not drive due too medical conditions so it’s not even like we can go and pick it up, my father just said his had enough and going too bed and that he won’t pay for it even if it did arrive.What’s worse is that we actually like their food but this is not the first time it has happened, we just can’t go waiting for an order too be delivered and it does not turn up even after 3+ hours.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Food always good. I have never had bad service. When I order special fried rice I ask for no prawns and no peppers and add mushrooms and I always get what I want no fuss. so my review is ten out of ten keep on serving we love it

I too would be skeptical of anon feedback. Have been using them for quite some time and have always found them to be really polite and helpful, including the delivery drivers, and the food is absolutely fine. If it wasn't i wouldn't keep going back! No greasiness and plenty of meat in chow mein etc unlike others i have used! Definitely don't skimp on that. Nice food, pleasant staff, quick delivery! No problems
