KFC in Basildon

Ordered a few times through just eat delivery was quick no problems there. But how hard is it to get a order correct?. They are reading it from a screen it will say 10 pcs chicken. So why do they put just 5 in the box? Surely it's not that hard. Then they don't want to help, they just say contact just eat but they didn't pick the the order kfc did ,? Just get it right for a change.

It was terrible. Queued for 30 mins ordered 2 box meals only to be told on collection no gravy ' do you want something different? ' No I'll wait. Run out of gravy how long does that take to make. 15 minutes as we had to park up. Got home 5 minutes away food cold chicken stringy, chips with black bits in Tower burger certainly not the same as the picture. Not going back there. They said they were short staffed if so close. £15 pound wasted steer clear.

Drive in fir a takeaway. Had to wait as delay for my order to be ready. This time my family and I enjoyed than previously. Chickens were perfectly delicious 😋. Will recommend Mayflower take out ,Dine in than delivery.

Kfc at mayflower we have not been in there for a long time, now i know why the chicken was very very greasy the chips were cold and soft. Not many sauces for flavouring chocolate sauce only on your ice cream.

Waited in drive through for 20 minutes to be told they don't have anything to make a meal? The man also didn't have a clue, everything we asked for he had to ask someone else if they had it, turns out they didn't have anything apart from coleslaw, beans and chicken breast.. waste of time.

Service and staff are great, food not so much. Toilets are swimming in urine smelly and dirty. Chicken was nice, chips not good. Some under cooked to the point it was like bitting into a carrot. It seemed busy though so obviously other people like it.

Not normally one to leave a bad review... but service was very slow, staff where polite though. Food was ok until a few hours later when we both got very ill 🤮 we both had food poisoning. Very disappointed not worth the risk.

Always get my food wrong, parked every single car out and only ordered two meals. Very very slow, for how long it takes and then wrong food so frustrating. Called to speak to the manager and he couldn’t even find my transaction and the phone call was even longer than the wait on food. Left hangry and very unsatisfied for a big chain I’m not sure how it can go that wrong every time.

Not exactly sure what's the point of offering a drive though service. Drive though was empty made my order and then the next window told me to Park up and wait. I waited 20 minutes just for a burger and chips.

So dissapointed, normally i buy the "Mighty bucker of one" and get good size chicken pieces. But this time the pieces where so small. Had to buy additional wings. Not buying it again as the lady behind the counter gave me the cold shoulder and brushed me off.
