Entertained family of 9 ,here including 2 little ones.The absolute chaos was handled excellently , efficiently and with a smile, nothing was too much trouble.Our waitress kept her professionalism even after being upset but another awkward customer, she retained her smile and lovely attitude towards us.

Food was good but place is very run down and some aspects of service (not waitress) were poor. Salad bar service was bizarre ("queue on the left", who's left where ??) and unenthusiastic. Also no table number provided so had to go and interrupt three chatting members of staff and ask what our table number was. She asked me to show her the table and when I did she said she wasn't a waitress and so couldn't tell me the number. So why ask me to show her where the table was then ?! So I then said, "could you go and find out".This place always used to have excellent service but this was not a great experience. Waitress was fine and food was ok but everyone else clearly didn't want to provide service and place looks well and truly knackered now.

I normally choose harvester over ANYTHING and never had a problem at festival harvester. We had to sit by the bar and because of this, we had to go up and order, pay first. The lady behind the bar just said to take our own cutlery, serviettes, sauces whereas the money we are paying is for the service too. What difference should sitting near the bar make? Felt like we was dining at a McDonald’s.We was ordering the 3course meal and for the first time had to order it all courses at the same time. I asked to make sure we wouldn’t receive our desert at the same time as main. WE DID.The lady behind the bar was really rude walking behind us and calling out to her colleague that we are still eating. Made us feel like we weren’t here, it was disrespectful and rude.She then came up to us 15mins later and said are you done yet? We felt a lot of unnecessary pressure. Very disappointed as Ispeak the best about harvester.

Everyone was so accommodating! From setting the table to bringing our daughters cake out and singing Happy Birthday to her!Big thanks to Richard, absolute legend of a bloke! He went above and beyond for us which was probably not easy as there was 13 of us!A big thank you for making it so lovely!!!

it was really busy Saturday afternoon. We hadn't booked. we was served by Hollie who made our experience great. She was happy, helpful and polite. Felt she still made time for us to have a laugh. All staff seemed great too Considering all the rushing about. I had surf and turf. Tasted amazing. Thank you to you all

Very good harvester, staff are always prompt foods always great would recommend.

All the food was quite good. Having had a bad experience a few years ago at a Harvestor I was expecting plain meals but must say they were all good. Our waitress Megan was very good. Those plates are far too heavy for any person.

Very good atmosphere and friendly staff. The food was absolutely amazing. I would definitely recommend.
