McDonald's in Basildon

Slow as, the place concentrates so much on drive through its to the detriment of the dine in customers. We waited 10 minutes for two mcflurries and we only got those because I complained. Some other dine in customers had food missing from orders, cold food, and were basically ignored by staff who appear to have been told to concentrate on drive through. If you are going to do this be open about it and turn yourselves into a drive through only

What can I say...... It's Mcdonalds.I did enjoy a chicken garlic mayo wrap, but the customer service at the drive-thru could definitely benefit from a smile 🤔

Previously used this restaurant regularly - Owners Ayhan and Gen are great.Update, regularly get breakfast at weekend and never been anything but tasty, fresh and hot.Tony who cleans up the outside areas has been working there since 1992 (now over 30 years)Stopped today for breakfast muffins, as its Saturday they are a victim of their own success as the queue to get in drive thru and carpark went out to the road causing a few delays.Waited a while in drive thru but 3 hot fresh and tasty sausage and egg mcmuffins were enjoyed

Food was stone cold, bigmacs come manky wanted extra cheese never got that didn’t put lettuce in the Big Mac tasted awful, don’t recommend. Service was poor waited 40 mins for awful food

Nice and clean, food was decent, very reasonably priced, kids play area out the front, lots of parking, good experience

Visited early in the morning. The drive through was busy, I sat inside where it was very quiet. I didn't have to wait very long to get food. The manager was very friendly and checked to see if the music was too loud.

Service was not good. For the first time saw 3 incidents in Mc donalds in barely 15 minutes of my visit.1. The chips we got had no salt2. Our neighboring table got completely different order (although, he complained and was replaced )3. No mayonnaise when asked for it

Food was fresh. Service was quick. Restaurant was clean. Order was correct.They even sell normal coke (not diet) unlike KFC.

Very nice staff. Standard McDonald's fare. This restaurant was extremely well kept and very clean. Recommended

Good experience, popped in for a early Sunday breakfast, service was very good and quick and Restaurant was clean and not too busy!
