McDonalds in Basildon

Always a let down. Shows the power of marketing. I don't know why I sometimes crave a McDonald's when every time I eat it, it tastes like cardboard LoL 🤣🤣

Stopped in on Friday morning for a Drive-Thru breakfast prior to a long drive. Food was lovely and hot, fresh and tasty. Would definitely use this McDonald’s again!

Meals ordered. Did table service. Food arrived in a timely manner and very nice. Lady cleaning the tables was lovely and showed kindness to my grandchildren who were with me. Thank you

Went for Sunday lunch, due to no car parking space first use the drive through, it was quick but once open the meal found burger came out from bun and it’s not hot or warm as we usually expected.

Nice McDonald's and I got table service food came quick and was still hot. I was impressed as it was very busy.Maybe the best McMuffin.Also the people working the seating area were very friendly and helpful.This is a five star McDonald'sI have popped in since for a quick coffee break and always Friendly and clean.Five stars.

Visited yesterday morning whilst travelling. Wasn't busy at all and food was promptly provided.Sausage burger was a bit hard and music was very loud, might as well have been in a nightclub. Little staff.Everything else fine.

Went for the drive through, food was fresh and hot. Wait time was minimal around the lunch time rush. I did have to ask for tissue and sauces which was not offered.

Previously used this restaurant regularly - Owners Ayhan and Gen are great.Stopped today for breakfast muffins, as its Saturday they are a victim of their own success as the queue to get in drive thru and carpark went out to the road causing a few delays.Waited a while in drive thru but 3 hot fresh and tasty sausage and egg mcmuffins were enjoyed

Ordered our meals. The big tasty with bacon came in a torn up box..upside down in the package, looked like it had been thrown about and stamped on and cold. The coffee cup had a hole in and the coffee just dripped out into the car holder.. and this after 30min to collect. Not exactly fast food. Fast becoming worst outlet in basildon...are they having a competition between their outlets in who can be the worst each month?

Good experience, popped in for a early Sunday breakfast, service was very good and quick and Restaurant was clean and not too busy!
