Mcdonalds Restaurants in Basildon

Absolute joke of a restaurant, have got the last 6 orders incorrect. Not hard when you say no cheese, no pickles that you expect no cheese and no pickles. Have given us the completely incorrect order on several occasions; one time orderred a burger and apple pie and got given a big bag with multiple meals. Went back with the order and gave it to them. It's really not hard to put a couple of strawberry milkshakes in cups, rather than giving 2 vanillas. If a customer asks for an Oreo McFlurry, why do you give them a Smartie Flurry, or worse a plain McFlurry... And don't bother trying to call them on the phone because no one will bother to answer, and then they'll take the phone off the hook so it's miraculously engaged... Absolute jokers and the franchisee should get replaced! Pathetic!

You might need to change your drive through speakers... I asked for veg burgers, charged for quarter pounders which I don't have any idea of containing beef.. and asked for 99p chicken sandwich for which I got McChicken sandwich.. that quarter pounders are straight to bin.. so waste of £7 for me

Order 2089 at the drive through…as usual a mistake and this time somebody can’t count to two! Tried calling four times and still no answer!!?? Shocking service I’m afraid…

Food was hot. Tea was strong. Customer service was good. Place was not packed. All good!

Have been there on a few occasions, the drive through is never open on time, sat there from 05:59 to 06:06. I left and used the one further up the road.

Food was cold on arrival and despite me sending the restaurant a note saying to double check for all items to be in the bags before delivery, they did not read this note as I had an item missing, there was also no straws!!! I would definitely not recommend ordering from this restaurant 😡

This was a nice restaurant, not too busy and well located for an after cinema snack and coffee. Service was fast, staff were pleasant and the place was clean.

Last Thursday I took my girls 13 and 11 here after bowling. I was feeling poorly and had to leave my girls inside whilst I got some air. A lovely member of staff named Tina came to check on me and offered me some water. Tina is an asset to their team and should be proud. Thankyou Tina I really appreciate your help

Easy to use ordering station. Food was delivered to our table, hot and delicious as always. Staff were friendly and helpful. Restaurant was clean and Covid restrictions were in place. Me and my family felt safe eating in here.
