Pizza Hut in Basildon

Really enjoyed coming back here after not having been since childhood. Exceptionally friendly and helpful service from staff - Anne-Marie was especially lovely!! Will definitely be returning!

Went yesterday 8.3.22 about 2pm. The waitress was excellent, great with the kids, the food was very good. All round a perfect meal out.

Saturday 5th feb2022 ,Thank you to the manager and all the really friendly staff .You really made my daughter feel very special on her birthday.Good food (ex no garlic bread)which cant be helped .throughly enjoyed our evening 😊

Went to the restaurant at the Festival Leisure Park in Basildon. Ordering was via a website accessed through a QR code printed on the table.After ordering 3 lunchtime buffets and drinks, the drinks were served within 2 minutes. Food was good with a range of pizzas that were all kept hot and the variations changed during the time we were there.Its been a while since I'd last visited, but i can definitely see us returning soon.I would recommend as it's great value for money.

Restaurant didn't have all of the ingredients to make all of the pizzas. Did state that before sitting me which is top notch 👌. How ever probably because they we not busy all of the pizza on the buffet table where, luke warm but mostly stone cold.

App doesn't work in shop by time all messing around kids playing up. Over priced . Salad bar not the same. Pizza had hardly any sauce or cheese. Chicken well don't know what say about that sure pizza wasn't cooked long enough. Not eaten in there few years as was ill last time. Had same effect on me again. £28 for a share meal what joke .

Nice clean place. Friendly staff and good food. Been a while since been here. Got some ok deals on the menu. More a family place so woukd suit that but csnt complain, nice food quick service.

The lady who served us was so lovely & very welcoming, can’t fault the service at all. The food however was mediocre. We ordered onion rings which weren’t cheap, when they arrived, they looked like they were very undercooked which was a let down. Same with the fries. Pizza was tasty as always though.

We were wondering whether we'd get seated at Pizza Hut On a Friday night. No probs half empty and my first time. Well over priced Pizzas. £22 for a meat feast chips are extra. Go to Icelands for a better Pizzas that would cost about £4 just means you have to cook it yourself. Go to Prezzos they are 100 times better then Pizza Hut. How are Pizza Hut still in business. The buffet eat all you like salad is a joke. This wasn't my choice and will never be. There is absolutely no quality at this place don't waste your money.
