Another great meal at this place. The staff are so friendly and the food and service excellent. This is our favourite family restaurant.

Had a lovely evening out on date night with my better half. Really enjoyed our meals, and had fantastic service from Beth.

Well Prezzo wickford an evening not to be forgotten and will be remembered foundly for all the wrong reasons.The service was slow oh so slow, our check for 6 people was miss placed in the kitchen! We know this, we've all had it happen 120 years experience tells us, unfortunately three chefs sat on this table.From that point on nothing was going right for us, meals not served together, missing cutlery etc etcBut I must say the meal I had ,seabass, was great and would have again, I will return but on a quieter night just to try a different side to your restaurant I hope.Thank you to our server you tried your best with a smile and thanks to the supervisor who when challenged about the slow service, made a deduction on the billAll in all we had a great night only feeling your pain at things going wrong and smiling that it wasn't us for a change

Ok experience on Saturday let down by two disasters. Firstly, the vegetarian mushroom pasta had some chicken in it (!) - we're not vegetarian, but obviously it's a bit worrying too have random ingredients turn up! Secondly, the serving staff weren't that apologetic, and didn't take this off the bill. Makes me worried about what's happening in the kitchen ...

My starter tonight Garlic bread with balsamic onions was like cardboard and mega dry, me and my wife's mains tasted like a ready made meal from a supermarket, we request when order extra extra garlic , the dishes had not seen a single bit of garlic ,tasteless.When our mains came out no offer of any parmisan cheese , a very dry table no offers of any drinks , poor show all round .Prezzo not going to be on my radar for a meal In the future , had better pasta meals in a pub.

My daughter and I went here on the 21st January. I had been before and was disappointed from start to finish.However, as my daughter wanted to go we gave it another shot. Waitress was lovely and went above and beyond. The food was much better. I would recommend the squid starter.

Really lovely food, arrived in good time even tho we was made aware their were 3 new chefs in the kitchen. The waitress was amazing (didn't catch her name,(brown wavy hair, blue jeans,tallish and slim)) she hadn't long started her shift when we arrived at 6.30. she was enthusiastic, happy, friendly, smiley (I would say the happiest waitress I've had) Also I had the sticky toffee pudding was the best I've had in a very long time. 🤗😊

Enjoyed a family meal here during the Christmas Market. Food was tasty and came out together. A couple of drinks didn't arrive, but reminded staff and they came out straight away. Nice experience. Not the cheapest, but not most expensive either. Would recommend.

Very nice food. Definitely be going back. Went here as Rayleigh was fully booked. Wasn't disappointed
