Sainsbury, Tu and Argos under same roof. Mainly visited to buy specific colour shirt for children for school activity which I was unable to find in other stores. Very good option to go if unable to find in any other store.

Excellent service, very polite, efficient and friendly. A credit to their management and company. Please respect your employees who deserve it and are a credit to you. Thankyou

It's a shop that sells various items for various prices not always the cheapest it's worth checking parking was very easy.but best of ALL NO MUSIC thanks

·

Plenty of choice food wise & there clothes section is good especially the children's section have brought quite a bit for great grandchildten they have Argos & a Habitat section also kitchen section nice choice

Have really good stock in store the reason why I have rated it 4 star is because there are never any tills open have to serve yourself. Sainsburys needs to employ more staff like the rest of the bug stores oraybe the customers should get a discount to do there job for them

Shocking service today, was about to approach the till when Jo the person on the till rudely said to us that if that's heavy I can't do it! It was a child's car seat. My fiance was shocked. We loaded shopping I was paying for and my fiance went to self service to get the bits he was paying for including the child's car seat. Jo was so consumed in talking to her friend she was serving talking about another one of their friends. The friend even said oh sorry am I keeping you. I politely said I am keen to be served so I can give my fiance the nector card. Jo on till looked nd turned to continue her conversation!! This went on for 3 minutes and I'm looking over at my partner who is ready to pay needing the nector card. So I ended up picking up my shopping in my arms and walking down to self-serve tills ams spoke to a lovely lady advising me how to complain and was apologetic she could hear Jo telling me to come back. Clearly Jo is there to socialise with her friends and her attitude was awful. I've never seen or received such poor customer service. Would of given 1 star but because the women I spoke to was very friendly and advised me what to do.

First time going to this Sainsbury's I have to say it was ok.. Lots of produce no empty shelves like some I have been in but the garlic and onions and spring onions I bought were not that great even though they had time in their side... But I have to say the lovely lady on the self service checkouts in the morning was so helpful friendly and had a massive smile on her face... Great member of staff

A little disappointed. No small trolleys, queues at tills, although the cashier was fast and efficient. Well done. Having said that, I'm not a regular visitor so this could be normal. Found what I came in for which I know I will enjoy

Love sainsburys. My other half was well impressed on the fruit variety that was available as he's not seen it stocked like that before. He wasn't so impressed with me though as there was so much to look at, he even lied about the time, to try and make me get out quicker! He failed! We got all we needed, well worth having the app and using the smart shop. Makes life easier and quicker

Visited early Friday morning, store was fairly quiet and easy to get round.A bit disappointed with the fresh fish as most of the stock had very short use by dates.
