Ordered a take away via their website, told us there was a 30 minute wait even though they only had 5-6 customers seated at tables. They won't allow you to order at the counter like most restaurants.Policies could be better; we started to walk away and then told us that could rush our order since it was just ice cream.

Tasty ice-cream, as always, but the way they operate now is a bit of a joke. It's strictly no cash. App payments only. The staff looks busy, could be more people serving tables at once. On a busy day waiting time for the ice cream is around 30min. Our first contact with staff was them explaining to us, we MUST BE SURE not to make any mistakes in our order, as they are unable to give any refunds with the payment system they use.

Visited with family, no menus to view in store but can order online. This was time consuming with young children having to scroll back and forth whilst trying to decide. Cold drinks need to be bought from vending machine with card payment. All a bit of a flaff despite there being 6/7 staff not doing much as only very few tables taken. So as long as you all have a phone & lots of time, it’s probably going to be wonderful!

Have been here on more than one occasion but I was shocked to arrive this time only to be told no cash will be accepted and it is all online - at this point I would usually turn around and walk out but it was my little girls birthday so I couldn't do that to her.Once seated I was told by the waiter to scan a QR code to view the menu and order the food, no paper / card menus which I associate with the dining out experience. The place was empty, usually it's heaving which wasn't such a bad thing in this case as the desserts came promptly. However that said, it is rather expensive considering you don't get the dining experience, even my daughter said she didn't enjoy the experience and wouldn't come again.Cashless.Gender neutral cubicles for toilets.QR codes. No menus to talk and compare dishes which for me is a massive part of dining out especially with the little one but yet here we are staring at one phone screen. No waiter as such - all online through your phone, still ask if you wish to leave a tip though! I only leave tips if I'm waited on ( isn't a waiter part of dining out unless its Nandos? )Very 'robotic' experience, for that me and my family will not be back.Another place fallen to the government agenda - "the new normal"Sad as it was great here.

Absolutely love this place! The food is always delicious and never takes too long to arrive to your table. The tables and chairs are very clean , the staff also wipe the table down before they seat you there. Lots and lots of different options on what to eat.

It's a sugar enthusiasts heaven but it costs a lot of money. We chose to vito any extras or drinks as these where also awfully expensive on top.Personal preference, but I think that going to a restaurant and doing everything via an app really sucks the soul and life out of the place, especially when the prices are as high as they are.If u like chocolate on your chocolate then this is for you.

Great place to go if you have a sweet tooth.. I highly recommend the desserts in a jar! Very, very indulgent! 😋

Generally reasonable service. Family enjoyed their desserts & arrived quickly.Biggest issue was when I asked for more sugar with my tea the wait staff rolled their eyes at me. I found that incredibly rude. Especially as the single sachets of sugar are worth about 1/2 a spoon each. The tea itself was okay. Passable.Secondary issue was that it was actually cold in the café, I know it's a dessert place & serves ice cream but I don't want to be in the freezer too.

The customer service is amazing! The food is really good and came out speedily, it is much better than Creams to be very honest. My only let-downs are that the app used to order the food is a bit buggy, maybe ordering over a website would be better. Also our food was served on plastic plates and we had plastic knives and forks but we saw other people had plates so I was very confused about that...

Their new app system is a good idea but nightmare in practice. We ate, it wasn't that busy and yet it took 55 mins to get our food. Thankfully the food made up for it
