Coffee was good staff where very nice wood go again

Girls very friendly, in fact too friendly as they were too busy chatting to a girl in the queue they got my order wrong. More annoying was the fact the girl they were chatting too was told she didn't have to pay for her subway or drink , she said she didn't have any money and offered them £1 ?The floor was dirty with bits of food everywhere, the door glass looked like someone had thrown a mud bomb at it ! There was a sign in the window saying all tables are being sanitised but ours wasn't (we cleaned it ourselves) and there was nobody cleaning any other tables. Very disappointed. It wasn't even busy so there was no excuse for not keeping the place clean, there was enough girls that work there stood talking.

I don’t appreciate one of your male members of staff asking me if I wanted to take his 12 inch. VERY INAPPROPRIATE

Good taste of food. Prepare the combination before going in. Try this combo Tuna, with Mayo,Southwest,BBQ sauce. It's good combo, if possible try it.

Staff were extremely friendly and they actually had a working subcard machine which I had been trying to find for ages.

Good fast service, can't really fail that, however in these times I would expect that if someone does not wear mask for whatever even hidden disability I would expect them to keep their mouth closed to the maximum and not to have full blown conversation on the phone, without manager challenging this customer and asking them peacefully if they could mind the others and leave their conversation for the outside. So for this you get just 2 stars because nowadays it's about protecting members of staff and aswell about other customers.

As always a Subway meal is what you make it as you choose your bread (and size) or chose a salad and your base filling and then choose salad items to go into it ending with a sauce of your choice. Indefinitely more tasty than any of the burger fast food choices and definitely more healthy. Only one person in the queue in front of me and the shop has taken sensible Covid-19 precautions. Can't go wrong!

Good covid measures in place, and the food is really great, always pop in here to grab lunch after visiting Pipps hill retail park.

This subway never has meatballs for some reason.Meatballs are the best and they never have then.Quite a nice place though to sit and eat your food however.Staff were good too.Just please get some meatballs going as the meat feast sub on the saver menu is the best.Plenty of drinks and crisps to choose from too.
