The Fat Pizza in Basildon

Food was more less raw chicken was raw dough raw...couldn't even break a slice even if I wanted to it was slop...ask for a refund and said it wasn't there policy and sent me more pizza that was also slop!! Wouldn't even want to eat the second pizza just incase the cook done something as they was nothing but rude

This place isn’t well run at all. Completely unprofessional.AVOID.Put the phone down on me as I wanted to cancel my order as they didn’t have what I ordered.Seems like a bunch of kids running the place.AVOID.I asked for one of their names so that I could have a reference for who cancelled my order, in case there was a future problem with the refund. She then spoke to her colleague in the background saying “they’re getting crazy now asking me for my name” and then just put down the phone.I called back to confirm my order had been cancelled and they put the phone down again.I don’t want an establishment like that handling and dealing with my food. They’re panicking over there.

Never order from this restaurant. Absolutely shocking service. The company do not deliver to the Billericay area, even though they are based in Basildon. To make matters worse they accept the orders from Deliveroo and provide you with no tracking details or tell you they will not be Delivering your order. They leave you sitting there with no information or any intent to even deliver your order, even though they have taken your money. When you call the restaurant you are put through to the call centre in Southend, where I spoke to two girls, who were unhelpful and just explained, Deliveroo accept the order not us, we won’t be delivering, and to make matters worse, you cannot collect the order either. As apparently the restaurant does not accept collections. They were unwilling to speak to the restaurant for me to resolve the issue and solely blamed Deliveroo for the problem. All most as if Deliveroo are forcing them to take customers money and not deliver the food. Please please please do not order from this company. It is pure and utter DAYLIGHT ROBBERY. Hopefully Deliveroo remove this company from there website immediately!!!!!!!

Worst didnt even turn up...when I called and explained the lady pretended she could no longer hear me, I am a paying customer, and I was unduly polite and still treated bad...never again

AVOID AVOID!!!! They don't even deserve 1 star every review has the same thing the food will never come you'll waiting for 2 - 3 for a milkshake you'll spend over £15 on and it will never arrive. Listen to the reviews guys anything positive must be a lie.

Would give 0 stars if possible you don't even deserve 1 star!!!! Happy to take my money but not deliver my food!!! £35 worth of food your a joke of a company couldn't even contact as they'd decided to close luckily I got refunded absolute joke of a company avoid!!!!

Ordered 2 pizzas and 2 ice blasts. Came 20 minutes late. Only got one pizza. The other pizza was stone cold. Tried calling the shop 5 times no reply. Won’t be ordering again.

Shocking Service my order didn’t turn up correct, missing my dessert, after ringing said was being sent out priority. Waited for an hour and nothing, Someone finally answered the phone after 10 minutes of trying to be told it wasn’t on the system and now its to late to send out another. I was given an option for a refund or credit and extra food. I choose the latter to my mistake. 2Weeks later choose to order a pizza from these guys only to be told there is nothing on the system and nothing they can do about it.Absolutely shocking taking your money and getting nothingI would tell anyone to avoid these and keep your money safe

This place doesn't even deserve one star if you ask me. Never received my order, could not get into contact with the restaurant as to what had happened to it. I assume they had decided to close and couldn't be bothered to deliver my order, although they were happy to take my money. I should have checked the reviews before ordering from here. I'm surprised it hasn't been shut down. Luckily I received a refund from Deliveroo but I will never be ordering from this place again.

never on time, was late but to be fare sorted it out and re done order for another day and said 45 mins but 2 hours later it turned up, pizza is what it says fat pizza and garlic bread not cooked well. will not be ordering again as not very good pizzas how somebody said best ever pizza well must be related cause it is horrible not that warm either. it may be cheaper but rather put the money to a better tasting pizza. don't waste ya money.
