Food is great but the woman is unbelievably rude and arrogant, she needs to cheer up a tad

Food wasn't cooked properly. Was cold yet the box was somehow burnt with holes in it. Egg was disgusting, bread was stale. Only good part of the meal was the can of coke and that's because they didn't make it

Walked in sat down to a dirty table opened a sticky menu so got up to get another menu and that was sticky too. Ordered our breakfast witch was £25 for 3 breakfasts do was expecting good things food come out and it was wrong and they tried saying that's what I ordered reluctantly they sorted out the food but what we was given was under par at best over cooked scrambled eggs under cooked Fried egg bacon was hardly cooked deep fried sausages the black pudding was like a slice of ham it was so thin bubble was ok but nothing special I walked out within 3 mins of getting my food no wonder they wanted me to pay first oh and the coffee must be smart price coz it was bad. U lot need to up ur game especially for them prices. Iv run burger vans and worked in kitchens so I no what I'm talking about and this place needs to improve

For a garden centre cafe the choices available were very good. The lad taking the orders provided good customer service but 2 other staff members could do with improving theirs.

It's not scenic, it's nothing more than a wonderful full English breakfast. They do have a limited menu with other items but if you want the best cafe breakfast around, this is the place for you.Ingredients are clearly high quality. Hash browns are cooked to a crispy perfection, full of flavour. Eggs are fresh, and the sausages are far from cheapo meat. Wonderful, I want to go back now and redo that breakfast from 10 hours ago.Edit: half a dozen visit has shown that customer service often lacks, expect terse replies and you will be told where to get your own condiments. I will also suggest asking for the Tomatoes (tinned) removed, or placed on a separate plate to save wetting the rest of the food.

Last time we visited we couldn't sing their praises enough. This time was the complete opposite. They seem more bothered by their online orders than their customers dining in. There was hardly anyone eating in and I'm not surprised as to why. The tables were dirty and littered with old plates which was encouraging flys. The service we received was awful! The waitress seemed more bothered with answering the phone than serving the people who were waiting. When it comes to the food we received, that didn't meet expectations either. The 'pot' of tea was barely enough for one cup of tea. The 'toast' was bought out 5 minutes before the actual full English and turned cold. The actual breakfast was nice but we weren't asked if we were happy with the food. One plate was missing the tomatoes and when querying this the cook came out and shouted across the room to see if we had received any tomatoes. They proceeded to bring out tinned tomatoes on a plate sobbing wet with water. Very unappetising. Another family who came in to eat were overcharged and their order completely messed up. People were ringing in and querying where the food was. Absolutely awful. Avoid at all costs. Not worth the small amount we paid. We will not be returning!

Definitely lost their way over lockdown, appreciate that the delivery orders must have kept them going at a difficult time, but they spruced up the place and doubled the seating capacity. Now they're open again they simply can't cope, waited nearly an hour for fry up, no apology, just we're really busy - when barely a third of the tables were in use! Food is still good if you can wait that long, but as others have said - they have no customer service at all.
