it was really busy Saturday afternoon. We hadn't booked. we was served by Hollie who made our experience great. She was happy, helpful and polite. Felt she still made time for us to have a laugh. All staff seemed great too Considering all the rushing about. I had surf and turf. Tasted amazing. Thank you to you all

I have been there at different times of the day and I can honestly say the staff are always hard working and very friendly. Excellent food and service. I have made this my go to place for all my celebrations.

Very disappointed. Family had driven a long way to visit for Christmas, the website stated that breakfast was served until 11:30. The bar staff & chef both said we were in time for breakfast. When seated at 11:05 the manager said breakfast was finished because Santa was visiting and refused the menu. Nowhere online or on there website (which I purposely checked before bringing my family) stated that breakfast times had changed. Thankfully a better quality venue around the corner were able to accommodate us for breakfast! So visit the hungry horse quays around the corner instead! Much nicer establishment!Response to owner:The website did not state anywhere that breakfast times had changed. I purposely checked the website. Your talking out of your backside!

Honestly one of the most disappointing meals out I have had in a very long while from start to finish the manager was quite blunt and didn't even check the booking note to accommodate our daughter cleaning materials where left next to us during our meal the food was okay could have been served hotter the only plus side was out waitress megan she was the only staff member that was smiling and seemed happy to be working.

All the food was quite good. Having had a bad experience a few years ago at a Harvestor I was expecting plain meals but must say they were all good. Our waitress Megan was very good. Those plates are far too heavy for any person.

Very good harvester, staff are always prompt foods always great would recommend.

Just got home from a family birthday meal and can not fault our waitress at all! "Jollie Hollie" thank you so much for making sure we were all okay throughout our time with you, getting the food out to all 11 of us at once so we could eat together too and within a great time frame too, no long waits in between courses! No complaints here at all and for a large booking with other tables to wait on, you definitely deserve this review and more! You're a valuable member of the team thank you so much for being polite, friendly, professional and helpful, service with a smile really does go a long way 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Staff were helpful. Even though we never booked as it was a short notice stay, helped us secure a table and a good night ensued.Food was good, just love their salad bar.New restriction because of Covid means they assist with loading your salad bowl.They got more into it than I usually do!Enjoyable night.
