Wafflelicious in Basildon

I do not recommend.Food was undercooked and took ages to come out, the staff were moody and it was a waste of my money

Greasy haired bored looking staff. Latte looked like a spoon of coffee had been waved at it. Cobwebs and dirty windows.Some love needed into this place! If the owners sre looking to sell give me a shout coz i'd inject some standards into this nice location for a cafe. A Shame really. I won't return again

Dreadful. Staff were so unfriendly and looked so sad and bored. Food wasn’t amazing, took ages and the chocolate had gone hard and weird. not fresh. found a long hair in the waffle which made me feel sick. do not recommend there are many many better places to go.

Wafflelicious is a lovely cafe, suited for all to enjoy. Whether it be for a quick coffee, or a larger meal such as lunch, the food is always served top-notch and a thrill for the senses. The staff are extremely pleasant and friendly, allowing customers to feel relaxed and comfortable. It's a pleasure being served by super sweet people. I would definitely recommend a visit to Wafflelicious to enjoy a moment with friends or to fulfill your sweet tooth.

It wasn’t the nicest waffle i had ever eaten. All staff seemed so bored and like they didn’t want to be there (on their phones the whole time). The service was bad, it took 30m to come and the place wasn’t even busy. To top it all off there was a long hair made into the waffle. Overall, disgusting.

DELICIOUS desserts, nice and quick service. Good hygiene as soon as you come in with sanitisers and you're able to scan your attendance on the COVID app.

Very clean and friendly. One of my very rare trips to the town centre. Only a quick snack, cup of tea and a sausage sandwich. Nice enough but what will stay with me as I even carry sachets of HP sauce in the car, is that the sauce coming out of the HP bottle definitely wasnt HP ! A very cheap thin brown liquid. 😟😟

Had a crepe with strawberries & their were only 6 pieces of sliced strawberries which I felt was abit mean. My husband had mixed fruit waffle. On there was bearly a tablespoon of fruit which looked as though it had come out of a tin of fruit cocktail. Nice place & pleasant staff but the crepes & waffles need a little more thought.

I went as a family of 8 the other day, the food was well made and fairly priced. The staff are very friendly and the food is delicious especially on a hot summers day. Not only is it good for kids and adults they can also provide food for younger ones to aka my cousin age 18 months. I 100% recommend visiting this place!

I'm in Wafflelicious as I write this having just finished my Banana, white chocolate, salted caramel waffle. It was bigger than I though and was really good, highly recommend. The staff are nice, it's clean and has lots of choices
