Food is very nice but waited 3 hours last night when ring up could not give a dam so if you want a delivery make sure you ring as soon as it opens customer service is decusting

The best and tastier Chinese take away in Basildon.. Portions, as well, are huge compared to the other ones in the area!! One star minus, due to lack of signs for social distancing or for minimizing the number of customers in the store at one specific time, during COVID-19 outbreak.. And as expected it s "cash only", with no intention of giving me an official receipt...

Ordered food over an hour ago, still not here we usually collect. The reason we usally collect is because last time we ordered delivery, after 2.5 hours waiting we had to cancel, after 3.15 hours at 9.55pm it arrived and we turned it away as could not eat a full meal that late. Delivery is definitely a problem for them.

Order from here regularly and usually nice but ordered tonight and was an absolute shambles. Over priced the meal at first which I had to phone back and correct the price. Could not stress enough how we didn't want sweet and sour sauce and wanted curry. Ordered turned up with sweet and sour, managers ignorance refused to change the order and was very rude.Won't be coming here again incompetent fools.

After an hour and 15 minuets wait we were left less than impressed.... egg fried rice is just plain rice fried a little minus the egg. Chicken curry was bland to the point of tasteless with a curry sauce far too hot and raw onions. Unimpressed sums up my takeaway

I haven't ever used the delivery service, but it is my favourite Chinese in Basildon at the moment. Been visiting there quite a lot in the last 2 years.The food is delicious, and as always been very well cooked. Melts in your mouth. Though at times the shop is very busy, but the food is worth waiting for. Staff always very polite and friendly.

Did not use delivery option, called into this takeaway to pick up, the food was delicious, good size portions, I noticed when in there it had a 5* hygiene rating, I could see through to the kitchen and it was very clean. Highly recommend this takeaway!I have decided to come back and add more details about my previous review, the food is still good, however not worth the wait, the last 3 times we have asked for the food to be delivered, I was told on the phone it would be 30 to maximum 45 mins, 1 hour and a half later it still has not arrived, rang the takeaway to be told our food is still cooking!!!! They told me they were very busy, ok so if your that busy all the time, surely they can afford to take on more staff, we will not be ordering again, it is a shame because the food is nice!

Ordered our food at 8 o clock quarter past 10 comes and I ring and they tell me the driver has just left. 20 minutes later I ring back as I live on same road and food has still not been so the man tells me he made a mistake and there in process of cooking my food now. Turns out the lady who took my order origninally never actually put my order through and this has happened to other customers since. After a extra 20 minutes my food finally arrived and I am missing my chicken curry so I ring back and he tells me the lady never put the chicken curry down in first place so had to wait another 20 minutes for my curry then they charged me. When it for here everything else was cold. And the man was extremely rude. Miss the old owners if I'm honest!
