Half the menu not available, all pre packed drinks and meals. Bad experience and the same cost as Amalfi, which was brilliant. No excuse for this in a premium location, and at a premium price. Frozen meal from Parc Market for a fraction of the price, is a much better option.

Food defrosted and served. To be honest, they could have defrosted it a little more. We arrived at 1pm. They explained that the all day menu starts at 4pm, even though that’s the menu they have up outside. Somebody explain the meaning of “All Day” to them please. We had to choose from a menu of 7 baguettes/omelettes. Save yourself - go somewhere else.

It’s funny in life never been to this chain before but always thought it would be good. I’ll sum it up in one sentence if you can cook it yourself better at home and I’m not a chief then don’t serve it to people. It’s rotten I’d say it’s in the bag microwave meals waiter was spot on but shame about the food avoid cook yourself in the cabin.

Very average food. All frozen and reheated seeming affairs. Nice staff, but slow service for a restaurant with 4 tables in.

Went during our 4-night stay. Arrived at 11:30am, so could only get the breakfast menu, but the omelettes had stone cold, raw mushrooms in, the avocado on toast was obviously the pre-mushed paste you get in big tubs that tastes wrong (and has a completely smooth texture), and they somehow managed to (hard) boil and peel an egg and yet leave on that fine, dry skin you get underneath the shell. The chips were so salted that they were inedible, so we got a new order of unseasoned chips, but then the chef had the genius idea of taking food straight out of the deep fryer and putting in straight into a metal cup. Dire. At this point, the sports cafe is better.

Following our experience on 30 December I'm surprised by the reviews! We booked an early table (5pm) for 12 and turned up in dribs and drabs. We were waited on by a lovely chap (I didn't get his name unfortunately) who could not do enough for us and was perfectly happy to take our orders as and when we turned up, and to hold orders back when needed so that we could eat together (e.g. by the time we all got to the main meal!). He was attentive and charming and an absolute credit to the restaurant. My partner and I arrived first with our kids and we were able to order straight away so the littles had some food to keep them going. While the kids weren't overly enamoured with the options available to them, the staff were more than happy to mix and match for them - so they had sausages, chips and veg for their main meal, despite not being on the menu as a full option. Eldest said they were the best sausages ever!Drinks were also fab - recommend the passionfruit martini in particular! Shame they don't have any real ales on tap - Stella and Leffe only - but bottles/cans are available at least.I can particularly recommend the duck main course - absolutely delicious and not too heavy as the carb serving is nice and light. My partner's mushroom risotto was beautifully dressed with edible flowers and he enjoyed it too.All round a lovely experience.

Food is about the best in the centre parcs, so that's a pretty big deal. Good service too.Forgot to bring out meals for the children but realised later we still paid for it. -1.Otherwise great.Oh, and the only place I found in Woburn that made there mojito with proper ingredients.

First and foremost: The acoustics of this place is terrible, which totally ruins your experience. You hear people knocking their glasses 5 tables away as if it's right next to your. We were here when it was about half full, central parcs is a very kids friendly place (which is great) but at Cafe Rouge we couldn't hear each other when we are sitting right next to one another. This can and should be fixed with a small investment in different glasses or some ceiling modification.Service here was great and efficient, the food is ok, genoures portions and overall a nice place.

“Heirloom tomatoes with shallot salad”= Regular tomato and red onion salad.Unappealing and stodgy Mac and cheese and no time taken to dress a plate.Really felt like the kitchen couldn’t be bothered. The waiter was efficient but unfriendly. It wasn’t awful but it wasn’t great. I wouldn’t recommend, but I guess they know that because you are in a park so lack lustre and drive.

Food wise, this is one of the higher standard restaurants at Woburn. Nice interior, mature staff with a higher standard compared to some of the other restaurants. Soft play is a bit to small if you have children, but the food is nice.
