The young man in there is so rude, so Iv paid £20 for an order on urber eats an he got my order completely wrong!! When I phone up to tell them my order is wrong, he tells me it’s my issue an he has to go an put the phone down!! They need to get better people in there

Very unwelcoming staff. Told at 17:40pm that they were closing shortly despite the opening hours on the door clearly stating...Closing time 19:00.Would not toast a sandwich for us. We were told "sandwich toaster has been turned off!" Management take notice!

Convenient, usual Costa set up, but a bit shabby and staff not very friendly or efficient.

Horibble cleaning condition inside there no Customer inside staff outside Play with phone I was there 10 min And for 10 min 4 complain from customer general menager need attention I’m see reviews in Google 360 reviews 339 give one star

Bright and airy atmosphere with comfy seating. The staff are friendly and good coffee.Remember to register your vehicle for an extended stay to avoid a hefty fine!

Explicitly ordered non-dairy milk for two coffees and margarine for the toast…. Got full fat dairy in both flat whites and butter, they had apparently run out of margarine. Staff were shambolic, slow and didn’t care. No idea who’s running the show in there but they all need training or replacing with people who actually want to do a decent job.

No queue when we arrived 3 members of staff working. Took 10 minutes for our drinks to be ready & had to remind them I had paid for 2 cakes which they hadn't done. Ended up sending my hot chocolate back because it was stone cold. Was treated like I had personally insulted them & ended up leaving before we had finished our drinks due to the constant dirty looks from the staff. Listened to other customers complaining about slow service or incorrect orders whilst we were there. 1st time I have visited this costa in months because of poor service in the past. Lesson learned will NOT be going back!

Unbelievably slow service even when empty. Place needs a good clean. 3 staff in, no customers yet still trays of used crockery on the tables, food on the sofa and crumbs all over the carpets. Don’t mention the state of the toilets

I have been to this Costa 4 times now and is the nicest Costa I have been to. The staff are beautiful and will meet all your needs and more. Covid practice is 100% you feel so safe in going into this shop, staff constantly washing hands keeping there distance, and face mask worn at all times. A spotless Costa. And I must say the new food groups are amazing. Thank you to you all. I will recommend
