Staff more than often not uninterested and seem unhappy. Toilets are never in order , rarely have any milk substitutes because of “delivery issues” unsure how you haven’t learnt from previous orders not being delivered and sorting this with head office. Chairs often aren’t put out for early morning coffee drinkers. Also on Monday they had amazingly RUN OUT OF COFFEE. Today though, asked for my usual coffee , young lady at the till obviously got it wrong so when my order was called she was visibly annoyed and then eyeballed me on the way out for getting it wrong ? Lovely managers and staff previously but have seemingly all been replaced with people who don’t care, this is backed up by the woman who was making coffee today was on her phone whilst making coffee.

Nice coffee shop. Visited 30 min before closure and staff didn't rush us despite giving drinks in takeaway cup.

They do really delicious cakes and the service and staff are always really nice

Absolutely disgusting! The service here is poor the staff they have are not polite, when standing in the que there is more being on the phones than serving customers like the gentleman on the till, I also got a dirty look by a young girl called dyna. I would not recommend

Decided to pop in after work for a hot drink, I was the only one in the que and I still had to wait 5 minutes because the young girl at the till was far to busy on her phone, the other young lady just stood there doing nothing, my drink was Luke warm. Absolutely awful customer service

Absolutely disgusting service. The shift leader alisha was really rude. She threw tomato sauce at another customer and shouted when she got the orders wrong. And continued to do this to 5 further customers. What a horrible atmosphere and workplace that must be. Camilla was no better either.

Blonde haired lady, the rudest lady I've ever been served by. She had a foul attitude with everyone and I can truly say it was a hideous experience. Unpleasant tonality and a bad attitude. Avoid at all cost-a.

Only a 4 star food hygiene rating!! Quite disappointing for a national chain. I didn't visit after I saw that in the window, so I went to Greggs instead.

Always a fresh coffee can get a bit busy at lunch times or peek times sited in the centre of town behind the harpur centre is in a prime location for visitors to get to other stores in the area after having a coffee and brake.
