Dined in for the first time thisevening after having a few takeaways in lockdown, Absolutely fabulous! The service was exceptional, food out of this world, very welcoming! Great value!

Delicious valentines 3 course take away dinner! Made it a very special evening during this difficult time! Attention to detail is wonderful, highly recommend.

We had been really looking forward to experiencing this establishment, based upon the reviews. Sadly, we were left disappointed and surprised with the service that we received.The setting was pleasant and overall, the food was presented very well albeit the quite minimal portion sizes. The starters and puddings were fine.However, my partner’s main course, a chicken dish, was undercooked and the meal was taken away promptly for recooking. It was returned to us with some extra vegetables but there was little improvement with the cooking of the meat, resulting in my partner having to abandon eating the chicken.We appreciate that mistakes can happen – but it’s how you deal with them that counts…we were surprised that the chef was sent to our table and disputed that the chicken had been undercooked, we were disappointed at this and also most unimpressed that we did not receive any apology, nor offer of a discount...we had even purchased three bottles of liquor as Christmas presents – not one of these was offered to us for as a good gesture either.We felt rather dismayed and annoyed upon leaving the restaurant considering all of this and what we had paid for.We like the idea of 'pop up' restaurants and are always looking for new and unique dining experiences and sincerely hope that Dog House Kitchen can improve upon their customer service skills in the future, should any matters be unsatisfactory.

Fantastic food and service! We really only stumbled across this place and would highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a great place to eat but book early to avoid disappointment! Thanks for a great night 🙏🏼

Fantastic food excellent service.All our allergy needs complied with and met with care and attention.Great tasting gluten free bread!The front of house was welcoming and extremely helpful.The chef could not have tried harder to adapt (very successfully) all our courses.The ambiance is delightful the wine list good and we tried the home made liqueurs which were gorgeous we can highly recommend the lemoncello!

great atmosphere and food..very welcoming.choice of food very good even for vegetarians and vegans..the room itself was a little chilly and the lights a bit bright but other than that really nice and good value :)

Fantastic place! This is a pop-up restaurant that we found thanks to a review in the Telegraph. It opens twice a month and you choose your food in advance. Stunning, beautifully cooked food in a tastefully-decorated outhouse attached to a Georgian farmhouse. Service was impeccable - relaxed, attentive and thoroughly unpretentious. Half way through the meal, we looked at the menu for June and decided to come back with friends. Recommend without hesitation.
