Greggs in Bedford

Just returned to pies as wasn't right and she's put them back on the shelf for sale! Had to tell her she don't know if washed my hands.Growse

Delivery service is a absolute joke had my 1st order cancelled then reordered and still have been waiting 1hour . Terrible service definitely will not use the service provided again utter disgrace

Good quality. Great customer service. But very small and busy at times. I wanted just to get coffee before work and I was waiting over 15 minutes.

Ordered from here though just eat and the delivery driver tried to get me to pay for his parking ticket he got! I'm sorry but in no way is it my fault for this parking ticket! I have not made him park somewhere to get the ticket so therefore I AM FUMING that he tried to get me to give him money for it! Then proceeded to blame me about ordering from the harper centre greggs! I have never moaned about greggs bit this I am very upset about!

Twice the order was wrong. Ham and egg salad roll had no egg. Items missing. Don't get me wrong but when it's for delivery on just eat it should be double checked. I love the food but sorely disappointed with the orders being wrong.

Kept waiting even though there was staff standing about chatting , when I did get a steak slice was cold ended up in the bin.No customer care skills whatsoever.Will NOT be going back.

Since they have been doing vegan sausage rolls here it has been my go to place regularly. The taste is amazing and the staff are pleasant to interact with. Keep up the good work Greggs, well done

Great place here, and good value. They do tasty savouries like steak bakes, staff are polite and helpful too.

I love Greggs sausage rolls and steak slices, especially when they are warm. Coffee is great too. Biggest surprise is the vegan sausage rolls. They are good. Friendly staff, great food on the go and tempting choices.
