Jasmine Chinese Takeaway in Bedford

Ordered from just eat £50 worth of food it text me saying food on it way 35mins later my food was put over the fence and left on wooden bin storage cctv can be proven and times I then open bag and food wad cold tried to speak to driver not interested so I rang shop and he said no his problem contact just eat I said no I want my food so I drove 10mins to the shop and he was smiling at me as I was trying to explain he didn't care and them the delivery driver came in and said he does not got through gate and knock on front door I will not be visiting this shop again so look at reviews before ordering

Excellent service.Food was delicious, arriving in good time and greeted with great customer service.Will definitely be using again.

Ordered from them twice one was missing things and they didn’t want to sort it out and the other time raw meat

Not sure how could other reviews go, but our takeaway di ner was surprisingly nice, clean and tasty. The staff were great, as called in to ask for cutlery as we stayed in a hotel near by.Foods were better than decent, no issue with anything really.

Clearly had leftovers, food came piping hot but could tell it was nuked in the microwave. Shredded chilli beef was like chewing on a old bit of leather. Will not be ordering from here again was disgusting.

I ordered food before looking at these reviews and I have to say that my experience has been fine. It arrived way before it was due to and it was fine. Not world class but a pretty standard Chinese takeaway experience for me.

Not sure how the ratings are so high given the fact they can’t cook proteins properly. Both chicken balls and chicken satay were raw inside. Won’t be ordering again.

Complete waste of time, we placed order at 5pm for 7.15pm delivery. At 7.45 we got a message to say they cancelled our order. We called them and they had some rubbish that they have knocked on our door, when we stated we were in all night, they said that they did not have our house number. Then they couldn’t find our house. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE

Something had changed here recently. Food was usually good, until this week... Food took 2 hours to turn up, was cold (so bad the packaging on some items was actually falling apart from moisture!). Called them, was promised a refund, which never happened.So I paid £45 for cold, late food, with an added false apology...Disgusting and dishonest.

We ordered off of just eat. The food was late and when it arrived the 1.5 litre of coke was only 1.25l. We had chips in our order and they came already soaked in sauce which made them soggy. The chicken wings tasted a bit off and the chicken balls tasted like they were cooked in old oil. I phoned them about the coke and the chips and they did say that they would rectify by taxi to be fair. I would not recommend this takeaway unless you have no taste buds and you have an incredible immune system. I will not be using them again.
