Malabar in Bedford

Con artists.. took the money.. cancelled 15 mins before delivery after acceptance of my order and money. Foodhub and Malabar .. Shame on you. Not how good business is conducted. U hv a lot to learn.

This meat isnt marinated. It was last second coated then served. I've had microwave meals with more taste. Maybe I've got covid.

I ordered a Kerala parota, they gave me a begali roti.The roti was awfull really disappointed.I love kerala food and I am a big fan of Kerala parota.These guys don't make a real Malabar food. Seems Bengali food they serve there.Stay away from this place if you want to eat Kerala india food.

Do not go to this place! I have been going for over 10 years but after a 2 hour wait No food! Man on the phone said it has been delivered then starts shouting at my wife that she is lucky he doesn't come to our house. After I call him he states he never said this.....police have been informed!!

We got takeaway from Malabar a few weeks back and were so impressed with everything. Decided to try them again this evening and we can confirm that the amazing experience we had originally was not a one off! Outstanding food, portion sizes are decent and the value for money is spot on.As vegetarians we struggle to find quality meat free options but Malabar exceeded all expectations! 10/10

Do not trust with your money. Took a takeaway order than didn't deliver and refused to pick up their phone. Disgraceful.Edit following response - The only unreasonable demand I made of the restaurant was expecting delivery in less than 2 hours. I am lucky I made the order through a third party as otherwise I would not have received my money back either. The owner is lying in their response when all they needed to do was apologise for taking on more orders than they could manage. I would happily have tried them again if they had done so as I know their food can be excellent. However, such an untruthful and nasty response to my review means I can never give my custom to them again. A real shame.

Great quality, great value, delivery is usually prompt and the drivers are polite and friendly. The chicken tikka madras is my personal favourite curry, heat is just right and it's very flavourful.
