Mcdonald's Restaurants in Bedford

Missing sauces missing parts of an order. The bag comes sealed from the uber guy on time with parts of the order missing. Mc Donalds has finally lost me as a customer. Its ridiculous that they would rather rush orders and get bad reviews than take care and deliver a good service.

Ordered Filit-o-fish, Chicken Mayo and Cheese bites....Chicken Mayo and cheese bites left on side while fish cooking, not even under the heat lampFinally got order, chicken stone cold, only for them to microwave it again...Self-order machines have no receipts, if the do have paper they don't have sod all written on themAsking for some napkins (as the sauce and napkins stations were empty) seemed like I'd ask the staff to pay this weeks rent for me!

Ita a McDonald's so it's already good. Quite clean and the food has good quality for fast food. But the amount of people there on Saturdays is ridiculous and you'll be waiting the better part of 20 minutes for your meal.

Busy store so a long wait. Luke warm fries and burger....not the best! Pass by. Should have gone more local for a "number 9 menu" kebab shop. No Q's and hot food.

Sometimes can go in and get a really nice McDonald's but other times it can be cold and dry. Now that is rare but after got food, took it away as they are either too busy with hardly no seats or just got eat on the go you can't really go back and advise

Burger was nice but McD should have more vegetarian options so that vegetarian people can also have some options to choose.Also, they should consider kids as well because there is no lift in there if you came with a baby and buggy, you are finished. Neither there is a place at downstairs to place your buggy nor they have any lift for that. You need to carry all the way up in case of rush.Some of their outlets have some special activities for kids i.e. paint books and so. which is quite interesting for kids. But nothing can be seen there. A bit disappointed!

Although the staff were polite enough... The hygiene standards were sub par.The ketchup dispenser downstairs had mould on the inside of the tube? Gosh don't you ever spot this and clean it?Table and floor otherwise we're not amazing but I've seen worse.Our seat back was broken, and the table had half removed old stickers? Why wouldn't you spend the extra ten mins removing completely? It would discourage other people from leaving more stickers?My cheese bites were one short in my opinion as I got a miniature odd one (such is life I didn't die)A few zones that just had detritus and odd bits of furniture dumped in them also. Just all a bit odd...

Please can you explain to your oldish guy who clears the tables that it is not acceptable for him to just turn up with an open bin by the table where we were sitting at and start to remove old drinks from the table without asking and also without wearing a mast. Dreadful behaviour.

This McDonald’s is just not very good. At lunchtime and dinner time lots people go to the McDonald’s and instead of managing queues more effectively, they make you wait outside in the cold and staff stand by the door and tell you to wait outside quite rudely. The service is quite slow as well and things like milkshakes are rarely available. There also isn’t much seating and you are lucky if you get to sit down in the upstairs area and the whole place isn’t cleaned very well. They also don’t print out paper receipts with the order number on so anyone could just walk up and take your order claiming to have that order number. I am quite disappointed with this particular McDonald’s as this is probably the worst one I have been to.

No proper cleaning kit in place for delivery drivers.Hygiene is absolutely ridiculous.Aked to clean the bags with a toilet roll.McDonald's needs step up during less busy hours and lock down😑
