Mcdonalds Restaurants in Bedford

Poor, ordered and collected in store, but they failed to include all the items. We didn't notice until we got home, went back to connect missing items and not even an apology. We did get free McFlurries though.

Food arrives from an uber order and in the sealed bag comes this. . . Along with NO straws NO sauces for the cheesy bites meal. Used to be pretty good at getting orders right but lately have been shocking. I really hope they fix the quality issues.

Long wait and the food was cold when arrived. Also my big tasty had only 1 slice of tomato and the other burger wasn’t looking good. The restaurant feels dirty. Would not recommend this location.

The worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to, always mixing up peoples orders, they are very rude and couldn’t make a burger or cook fries if there life depended on it. Never going there again!

Order and money tajen, extremely slow service at drive in with food ordered. Appears that deliveries are given preference. Getting used to 'sorry about the delay' becoming a saying at many other branches. Feels like it's losing, 'fast food' concept. Once they have order placed aNo your money feels like you will wait!

Worst place ever. Every time I order, something is missing. Order for a lot of money and you get half of it if you lucky. And cold. And disgusting. Don’t waste your money there.

Great service. Been here a few times and service was quick and friendly. Food quality was also great. Good location in a leisure park that has a cinema, gym and pizza hut restaurant. Small car park with drive through however due to the one way system you have drive through the huge car park for the cinema, gym and pizza hut and the road surface is awful with many large potholes and some vicious speed bumps.

There are hundreds of those small white sauce pots just dumped in undergrowth over in the further section of the big carpark near fire station. Right next to a bin. Obviously not from one person but part of a big dumping. Even if it wasnt staff in McDonalds itself who did this, they should remove them as they've clearly come from there. So please could you do this, McDonalds? I can supply photographs.

This McDonalds needs a complete revamp of staff from the top to improve the approach to offering a great service. The fries are continuously half filled without fail. Order preparation takes way too long in both drive thru, ordering inside the restaurant and for orders delivered. The concept of fast food does not apply here or describe this place at all as the most basic of basic orders will keeping you waiting.

Worse mc Donald's in bedford , they owe me £4 worth of sauces that I've paid for every time I do a big order, chips and burgers always cold, kids meals are cold, they forgot 1 kids meal before tried to ring mc ds no answer didn't get a refund either. Alway finding hair in my meal too. Never look at notes on the order either . Really needs to fix up
