This place should be embarrassed to call itself a kebab House. Why do they feel the need to make their large portions so small ? If I wanted a small Donner and chips, I would've chosen that option but instead I chose the large options only to be given a couple of strips of Donner meat and a handful of chips. I ordered through just eat and you can just tell the lack of care that went into my order. Absolutely awful 0/10 the worst kebab I have ever had.

Poor quality food but do you care when its time to shine is 2am and your slurring your words ordering it.. don't try it sober.

I have been going here for over 20 yrs and always found the staff to be very friendly and communicative however last night well I never! Ordered just two chicken burgers. And the gentleman that took my order was nice/decent enough. However, whilst waiting for my food his colleague interrupts into my conversation coming across very rude and obnoxious demanding that i pay before they give me my food. Which i know the process very well. Food goes in the counter and u pay and the exchange is complete. And you could clearly see I had my card at the ready! Never in my life have I been spoken to the way I was dealt with last night. The guy was just plan rude. Never had an issue with this place before in all my time however this guy in question has an issue with black people. I will not be going here again! Really gone downhill.

The food is good..but the wait is long. Certain staff members rude...and off putting ..not very helpful when getting advice or suggestions on products served. I don't like the fact that one CAN'T see what's happening while they are preparing food ordered. But that's just me.

Placed an order for a margarita pizza, one of the staff members tried to say that we hadn't paid and refused to give me the product I had paid for. Was very patronising regarding the order and wouldn't apologise after realising their mistake. Would not go here again.

One of the worst pizza's I've had. Especially for the price. The ham in the Hawaï was the worst. The chicken kebab was not quality either. You can only pay by cash.

A delightful culinary experience. Sensual lighting and a warm compelling atmosphere will make you feel comfortable as soon as you arrive. The door host, skilled in providing an attentive and couteous service to all guests, carefully takes time to guide his gastronomical guests to the counter where they can make their food selection with the assistance of a companion or a loved one. Such is the ambiance of this experience It's not uncommon for people to become overwhelmed by the occassion and then utter those oh so special 3 magic words mentioned in the queue "What you having?". The "what you having?" Tennis game will continue until your finaly before your specialist food preparation expert. If you are struggling with the choice he can assist you. Through first hand experience i believe the man to have psycic abilities as on previous visits i have found myself lost for words either through sensory overload from the experience or from intoxication but on all occasions this man has managed to draw from my mind my need for chips and cheese and fulfil that dream for me. The food is prepared in an open kitchen and while waiting at the counter it's easy to drift away and imagine yourself at the captains table in a Alberto Chicone restaurant, excitedly watching the grade A chefs lovingly crafy your chosen bounty. The food eventually arrives, Your golden sumptuous fries engorged in gooey melted cheese. The first cheesy chip will set off an explosion in your flavour receptication bud's that will change your whole outlook on life. By the 2nd chip ....and thanks to an 3 year intensive qualiative study by the university of harvard this has been scientifically proven... your life will be 87 percent improved with marked gains noted in the physical intellectual social and spiritual areas of your life. This is an experience not to be missed.

It's ok. Had chicken shish. Meat was cooked well and tasted good. Would have linked a proper fresh naan rather than shop bought pita. Bit of a let down

One of the worst Kebabs in Bedford. First went in about 3 years ago and had no complaints, but recently the whole place looks dirty and they make errors on the orders and will not change them. The food always tastes horrible and the service is terrible.
