My partner and I are both both vegitarian - you may remember him from a few days ago eating outside the shop, dreadlocs, and cleaning the mess that some kids had made... When ordering 4 veg spring rolls, we don't not expect there to meat in there! I am absolutely disgusted, after not eating meat for many years it was very dissapointing to bite into pork - completely against our beliefs.And of course, no response or apology. Disgusting service!Thsnks for your response, but thst doesn't really alter the fact that there was no care put into our order. Yes we ordered 4 portions of spring rolls, 2 of those portions were meaty!!! Poor service and lasvk of care from staff.

Food isnt always consistant but alway good best in bedford for me always comes clean.

Good quality food. Flavours are good and portion sizes are decent. Always go back to here as friendly staff and well presented dishes with lots of meat. Worth the money definitely.

Excellent service very very polite on the phone we asked for a couple of slight variations of our phone order which were fully catered for, they said approximately half an hour for delivery 26 mins later we were eating absolutely delicious food prepared to perfection best chinese meal we have tasted in some considerable time will definitely be ordering from them again

Great tasting food with an excellent menu choice. Our first time ordering and delivery was speedy and excellent flavours on the dishes. We will definitely enjoy another takeaway from the Oriental Chef again soon!

Always friendly and excellent service. Will cook your food the way you like it, very flexible. Only had one meal in last 8 yrs which was below par.

I love this chinese! We've been using it for over 10 years and have always had good service and the food beats all other local chinese takeaways for taste and quality. Their Chow Mein is scrummy! Not too expensive either. Recommended.

I've been coming here for years now - best Chinese in the area and excellent customer service. Singapore noodles are especially good.
