Pepe's Piri Piri in Bedford

The worst food I have ever tasted.How can you mess up chips.How can you mess up chicken.The food was so bad, I can’t believe how a Chicken shop that specialize in tasty food as advertised and make the worst food in Bedfordshire.Over priced food that will leave a bad taste in your mouth.Ohh by the way the staff won’t say hello as they look like they hired them as a last resort as they can’t hire a half decent cook that knows what a chicken should taste like.Are they purposefully making sure they cook food that will ruin your day and make sure you’ll never come back.

Ordered 2x coleslaw and got non, got extra fries instead.I did not want extra fries, they were not nice and tasted like they had been cooked in old/dirty oil. Chicken was over cooked. Won’t order again

Had a great experience here today - due to a lovely server- Kamaljit. was in a hurry today and asked if she would be able to make the small order quickly - she quoted a time frame(5-7m) and actually managed to give me the order before that!She was very polite and helpful with a beautiful smile. Other fast food places could learn a thing or two from the staff here (- “Dessert Island” definitely should - they have rude servers and terrible service!)

I eat here quite regularly, the food is very good at a decent price. The people working there are very nice and helpful especially Kamran who is always offering an awesome service.

My wife went here for the first time and Adam went out of his way to get her the sauces she wanted and was friendly. Speedy service with excellent food!

Embarrassing small portions of food. There were 6 onion rings in a £2.30 side order, wings and even the main meal were small sizes.Taste was good and staff were friendly and professional.

For my experience being there for the 1st time I'd say that it was kinda okay. I enjoyed the fast food with my friend. The lady served us well and well I can't say much because I went there for the 1st time.The prices aren't that expensive for 2 people and I kind of felt satiated. The lady was polite to us with no issue. Just a 3 stars cos it is my first time. Sometime in the future I will go there with someone to eat something. I think for now am done with the fast food.
