Peri Peri And Pizza in Bedford

Ordered food burger was hard and burn piri piri chicken ,all sauce order was missing ,I been using them 6 years , they had best piri piri burger in town ,but today it was looking totally different, no taste ,Masala fish also average, piri piri wine was okay , will no order from them again ,

website said one thing and i was delivered another when i called to query about it i was told that " they didnt know why the website said that" ended up not getting the second pizza that i payed for because of the description.

Asked for no salad but they put it in both my burgers wrong Source as a chef it ain’t to follow an order plus no source with chicken

Worst food in Bedford. Even the chips was cold and brown! Total waste of money.

Good food, fast delivery and great customer service. Delivery driver was absolutely lovely and an asset to the restaurant. Thank you for our delivery on Saturday! Also the chocolate desert is lush.

Dry chicken and hard chips (that taste like theyve been sitting around for about an hour before being served). Only got it because i thought it was the best of the poor options open late at night.The people who owned it before had it on point - the wings were the best in town, and the food always tasted fresh.The new owners have come in though, and the quality has long gone.

Called today to get a buy one get one free. 9 inch was £12 and 12inch was 15. Then tried to get a 12inch pizza no one free and it was £9. No pizza was bought by the end I dont reccomend

It was worst "kebab" I ever ordered if donner (lamb) wrap can be called kebab. Litteraly meat on its own and tortilla, no salad and no soses. Two stars because they were open after midnight. My foot will never step there again. Just go next door.

I am extremely disappointed in this takeaway. Not only was the food below average, they had the audacity to treat me with such disrespect. I am willing to overlook the fact that the portion sizes were extremely small compared to their local competitors, but the fact that their customer service was incredibly poor will be my focal point of never ordering from them ever again nor recommending them. My order was meant to be delivered at 8pm sharp however this takeaway delivered it a whole hour later. I tried to contact them on numerous occasions, the first and only time they picked up, I was lied to. When I tried to call them again they kept declining me call. This is not a manner in which a well established business should behave as it was completely unprofessional and improper.

Absolutely disgraceful service! Put an order 2 hours in advance so the food is delivered for iftar time, called when the delivery was late 10 mins and whoever picked up said there was no order made for my address so I said let me double check and I’ll call back. The order showed on my account as paid and delivered so my sister called back and suddenly the order was indeed on the system and when asked why he said there wasn’t an order for the address, he said he didn’t check before!! Seriously!! Then he said they couldn’t get a hold of the driver and will call us back to update us and 15 mins later we called back and he said we are lying and that The driver left the order outside the door and then later said that the driver handed it to a lady! Obviously no consistency with their story and refused to refund and basically told my sister to F off!Pathetic service, pathetic excuses and should be ashamed of themselves! Lying and taking money from people especially on Ramadan!
